5,500 km. Long-range missile Agni-5 test-fired successfully

36th Rafale fighter jet handed over to Indian Air Force

Kuruvikaarar in the list of tribals - Bill passed unanimously in Lok Sabha

Surya Kiran - XVI Joint Military Exercise

• The 16th India-Nepal joint military exercise “Surya Kiran” will be held from 16th December to 29th December 2022 at Saljandi, where the Nepal Army War College is located. “Surya Kiran” exercise is conducted annually. India and Nepal practice together in forest and hilly terrains.
• Soldiers from Nepal's Sri Bhavani Paksh Regiment and India's 5th Gorkha Rifle Regiment are participating in this joint combat exercise. Both the armies will share their experiences during the exercise.
• The exercise is being carried out with the aim of sharing experiences between the two countries and working together in counter-terrorism and humanitarian operations during disaster relief operations.
