Vaanavil Manram Project in Tamil Nadu Schools - Inaugurated by Chief Minister in Trichy

  • Chief Minister Stalin flagged off 100 mobile science and mathematics laboratory vehicles to launch a new project called 'Vaanavil Manram' across Tamil Nadu to stimulate interest in science and mathematics among government school students at Kattur-Pappakurichi Government Adi Dravidar Welfare Girls Higher Secondary School on Trichy-Tanjoi road.
  • In the grant request of the Department of School Education for the year 2022-23, to stimulate the interest of students in science and mathematics in government schools, mobile science and mathematics labs will be used to teach students monthly science experiments and mathematics with proper guidance, and display of science tools made by students. 
  • It was announced that the scheme will be implemented at an estimated cost of Rs.25 crore to benefit 25 lakh government school students.
