- ஐ.நா. 27-ஆவது பருவநிலை மாநாடு எகிப்தில் நடைபெற்று வரும் நிலையில், 'சா்வதேச காா்பன் பட்ஜெட்' என்ற ஆய்வறிக்கையின் முடிவுகள் வெளியிடப்பட்டுள்ளன.
- அந்த அறிக்கையில், 'நடப்பாண்டில் சா்வதேச கரியமில வாயு வெளியேற்றம் 4,060 டன்னாக இருக்கும் என கணிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
- இதே அளவில் கரியமில வாயு வெளியேற்றம் தொடா்ந்தால், பூமியின் வெப்பநிலையானது தொழில்புரட்சிக்கு முந்தைய அளவை விட 1.5 டிகிரி செல்சியஸ் அளவை இன்னும் 9 ஆண்டுகளில் எட்டிவிட 50 சதவீத வாய்ப்புள்ளது.
- கடந்த 2021-ஆம் ஆண்டில் சா்வதேச கரியமில வாயு வெளியேற்றத்தில் சீனா (31 சதவீதம்), அமெரிக்கா (14 சதவீதம்), ஐரோப்பிய யூனியன் (8 சதவீதம்) ஆகியவை முன்னிலையில் உள்ளன. இந்தியா 7 சதவீத கரியமில வாயுவை வெளியேற்றியது.
