- சாலை போக்குவரத்து மற்றும் நெடுஞ்சாலைகள் அமைச்சகம், 11 நவம்பர் 2022 அன்று அகில இந்திய சுற்றுலா வாகன (அங்கீகாரம் அல்லது அனுமதி) விதிகள், 2021-ஐ மாற்றி அமைப்பதற்காக ஜி.எஸ்.ஆர். 815(இ) வரைவு அறிவிக்கையை வெளியிட்டுள்ளது.
- 2021-ல் அறிவிக்கப்பட்ட விதிகள், சுற்றுலா வாகனங்களுக்கான அனுமதி முறையை நெறிப்படுத்துதல் மற்றும் எளிமைப்படுத்துவதன் மூலம் இந்தியாவில் சுற்றுலாத் துறைக்கு குறிப்பிடத்தக்க ஊக்கத்தை அளிப்பதாக அமைந்தருந்தன.
- இப்போது, முன்மொழியப்பட்டுள்ள அனைத்திந்திய சுற்றுலா வாகன (அனுமதி) விதிகள்- 2022-ன் மூலமாக, சுற்றுலா அனுமதி முறை மேலும் நெறிப்படுத்தப்பட்டு வலுப்படுத்தப்படும்.
- அனைத்திந்திய அனுமதி விண்ணப்பதாரர்களுக்கான நடைமுறையை எளிதாக்குவதற்கும், இணக்கச் சுமையைக் குறைப்பதற்கும், அங்கீகாரம் மற்றும் அகில இந்திய சுற்றுலா அனுமதி ஆகியவை ஒன்றுக்கொன்று சார்பற்றதாக மாற்றப்பட்டுள்ளன.
- சுற்றுலா வாகனங்களில் உள்ள பல வகைகளில், குறைந்த திறன் கொண்ட வாகனங்களுக்கு (பத்துக்கும் குறைவான இருக்கை) குறைந்த அனுமதிக் கட்டணங்கள் முன்மொழியப்பட்டுள்ளன.
- குறைந்த இருக்கை வசதி கொண்ட, சிறிய வாகனங்களைக் கொண்ட சிறிய சுற்றுலா வாகன இயக்கதாரர்களுக்கு இது பெரிய அளவில் நிதி நிவாரணத்தை அளிக்கும் என்று எதிர்பார்க்கப்படுகிறது.
- ஏனெனில், அவர்கள் இப்போது தங்கள் வாகனம் அல்லது வாகனங்களின் இருக்கைத் திறனுக்கு ஏற்ப குறைந்த கட்டணத்தை மட்டுமே செலுத்த வேண்டியிருக்கும்.

- The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways on 11 November 2022 issued GSR to amend the All India Tourist Vehicle (Authorization or Permit) Rules, 2021. 815(e) has issued a draft notification.
- The rules announced in 2021 were meant to give a significant boost to the tourism industry in India by streamlining and simplifying the permit system for tourist vehicles.
- Now, through the proposed All India Tourist Vehicle (Permit) Rules- 2022, the tourist permit system will be further streamlined and strengthened.
- To simplify the procedure and reduce the compliance burden for All India Permit applicants, accreditation and All India Tourist Permit have been made independent of each other.
- Among several categories of tourist vehicles, lower permit fees have been proposed for vehicles of lower capacity (less than ten seats).
- This is expected to provide huge financial relief to small tourist vehicle operators with smaller vehicles with less seating capacity.
- Because they will now only have to pay a lower fare according to the seating capacity of their vehicle or vehicles.
- A streamlined regulatory framework has been proposed at no cost to vehicle operators to encourage greater uptake of electric vehicles.
- Comments and suggestions are invited from all concerned parties in this regard within thirty days.
