- 'பிரதமர் பாரதிய ஜன் உர்வரக் பரியோஜனா' எனப்படும், 'ஒரே நாடு; ஒரே உரம்' திட்டத்தை மத்திய அரசு சமீபத்தில் அறிவித்தது. இதன்படி, மானிய விலையில் விற்பனை செய்யப்படும் அனைத்து உரங்கள் மற்றும் யூரியாக்களை, 'பாரத்' என்ற ஒற்றை பெயரில் சந்தைப்படுத்த முடிவு செய்யப்பட்டது.
- புதுடில்லியில் மத்திய வேளாண் மற்றும் உரத்துறை அமைச்சகம் இணைந்து ஏற்பாடு செய்த விவசாயிகள் மாநாட்டில், இந்த 'ஒரே நாடு; ஒரே உரம்' திட்டத்தை பிரதமர் நரேந்திர மோடி துவக்கி வைத்தார்.
- இந்தியா முழுவதும் யூரியா, டிஏபி, எம்ஓபி மற்றும் என்பிகே போன்ற எல்லா உரநிறுவனங்கள்ளும், 'பாரத்' என்ற பொது பெயரில்தான் உரத்தை விற்க வேண்டும்.பாரத் யூரியா, பாரத் டிஏபி, பாரத் எம்ஓபி மற்றும் பாரத் என்பிகே போன்ற பெயர்களில்தான் இனி உரம் விற்கப்படும்.
- மேலும், உர மானியத் திட்டத்தை குறிக்கும் ,முத்திரை, பிரதான்மந்திர பாரதிய ஜானுர்வரக் பரியோஜனா என்ற முத்திரைதான் உர மூட்டைகளில் பயன்படுத்தப்படவேண்டும்.
- இந்தத் திட்டத்தின் கீழ், நிறுவனங்கள் தங்கள் பெயர், பிராண்ட், முத்திரை மற்றும் பிற தொடர்புடைய தயாரிப்புத் தகவல்களை தங்கள் பைகளில் மூன்றாவது பட்டியில் மட்டுமே காட்ட அனுமதிக்கப்படுகிறது.
- மீதமுள்ள மூன்றில் இரண்டு பங்கு அதாவது முதல் இரண்டு பட்டியில், "பாரத்" பிராண்ட் மற்றும் பிரதான் மந்திரி பாரதிய ஜன் ஊர்வரக் பரியோஜனா முத்திரை காட்டப்பட வேண்டும்.
- அக்டோபர் 2ம் தேதி முதல் இந்த புதிய விதிமுறைப்படி உரத்தை விற்கும்போது புதிய சாக்கு பைகளைதான் பயன்படுத்தவேண்டும்.
- ஏற்கனவே தயாரிக்கப்பட்ட பழைய உரமூட்டைகளை இந்த ஆண்டு டிசம்பர் மாதத்துடன் பயன்படுத்தி முடித்துவிடவேண்டும் என்று கூறப்பட்டுள்ளது.
- அனைத்து மானிய உரங்களுக்கும் ஒரே 'பாரத்' முத்திரையை அறிமுகப்படுத்துவதுதான் இந்த திட்டத்தின் முக்கிய நோக்கம்.
- இந்தியாவில் அதிகம் பயன்படுத்தப்படும் உரமான யூரியாவின் விலை அரசாங்கத்தால் கட்டுப்படுத்தப்படுகிறது. அரசு நிர்ணயம் செய்யும் விலையில் அதை நிறுவனங்கள் விற்கின்றன.
- உரங்களின் உற்பத்திச் செலவில் 80-90 சதவீதத்தை உற்பத்தியாளர்களுக்கு அரசு மானியமாக வழங்குகிறது. இந்திய அரசாங்கத்தால் வழங்கப்படும் உணவு மானியத்திற்கு அடுத்ததாக, உரத்திற்குதான் அரசு அதிகளவில் பணத்தை ஒதுக்கவேண்டியுள்ளது.
- அதாவது சுமார் ரூ.2 லட்சம் கோடிக்கு மேல் அந்த மானியம் ஒதுக்கப்படுகிறது
- The central government recently announced the 'One Nation One Fertilizer' scheme or Prathamar Bharatiya Jan Urvarak Paryojana. Accordingly, it was decided to market all subsidized fertilizers and urea under the single name 'Bharat'.
- At a farmers' conference co-organized by the Union Ministry of Agriculture and Fertilizers in New Delhi, this 'one country; Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the 'One Fertilizer' scheme.
- All fertilizer companies across India like Urea, DAP, MOB and NBK will sell fertilizer under the generic name 'Bharat'. Fertilizer will now be sold under the names Bharat Urea, Bharat DAP, Bharat MOB and Bharat NBK.
- Also, the stamp indicating the Fertilizer Subsidy Scheme Prathammandra Bharatiya Janurvarak Paryojana should be used on the fertilizer packets. Under this scheme, companies are allowed to display their name, brand, logo and other relevant product information on their bags only on the third bar.
- The remaining two-thirds i.e. the first two bars, should display the "Bharat" brand and the Pradhan Mantri Bharatiya Jan Urvarak Paryojana logo.
- From October 2, according to this new regulation, new sacks should be used while selling fertilizer. It has been said that the old fertilizer bags that have already been prepared should be used up by December this year.
- The main objective of the scheme is to introduce a single 'Bharat' stamp for all subsidized fertilisers. The price of urea, the most widely used fertilizer in India, is controlled by the government. Companies sell it at a price set by the government.
- The government subsidizes 80-90 percent of the production cost of fertilizers to the producers. Next to the food subsidy provided by the Government of India, the government has to spend the most money on fertilizer. That means more than Rs. 2 lakh crores are allocated for that subsidy
