- மதுரை மாநகர காவல் ஆணையர் அலுவலகத்திற்கு உட்பட்ட 21 காவல்நிலையங்கள் மற்றும் 4 மகளிர் காவல்நிலையங்கள் என 25 காவல் நிலையங்களில் எழுத்தர் அறை பகுதியில் கணிணியுடன் கூடிய வரவேற்பு அறை பகுதி உருவாக்கப்பட்டு அதற்கான வரவேற்பாளரும் பணி அமர்த்தப்பட்டுள்ளனர்.
- இவர்கள் காவல்நிலையத்திற்கு வரும் ஒவ்வொரு நபரின் வருகைக்கான காரணம் குறித்த பெயர், தேதி, நேரம், மொபைல் எண், புகார் வகை, ஆதார் எண், காவல்நிலைய அதிகாரி உள்ளிட்டவற்றை வரவேற்பாளரிடம் கூறியவுடன் அதனை GREAT இணைய தளத்தில் பதிவிடப்படும்.
- இந்த காவல்நிலைய வரவேற்பு அறை முன்பாக 360டிகிரியுடன், ஆடியோ பதிவுடன் கூடிய சிசிடிவி கேமிரா பொறுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது. இந்த 25 கேமிராக்கள் முழுவதுமாக காவல் ஆணையர் அலுவலகத்தில் உள்ள கண்காணிப்பு அறையில் கண்காணிக்கப்படும்.

- The names of those police officers who delay in receiving the petition or misbehave with the complainant will be selected and the public complaint against them will be investigated.
