Chinese astronauts record growing rice in space

- Among them, the scientists said that the trials of Thale cress and rice planting are going on smoothly in China's Wentian lab module. Thale grace seed produced four leaves and paddy seeds grew up to 30 cm during this research.
- It is reported that these plants have been artificially grown in the space station being built by China in the space station, in very low gravity. And in this experiment, it is reported that the experiment is being conducted by Chinese space researchers in an attempt to understand how plants behave in space where radiation levels are high.
- This is not the first time China has tested plant seeds in space. In July last year, China brought back the first batch of rice grown from seeds returned from space.
