- வித்யார்த்தி விக்யான் மந்தன் (VVM) என்பது விஞ்ஞான பாரதியின் (VIBHA), இந்திய அரசின் அறிவியல் மற்றும் தொழில்நுட்பத் துறையின் (DST), தேசிய கல்வி ஆராய்ச்சி மற்றும் பயிற்சிக் குழுவின் (NCERT) கீழ் உள்ள தன்னாட்சி அமைப்பான விக்யான் பிரசார் உடன் இணைந்து ஒரு முயற்சியாகும்.
- கல்வி அமைச்சகத்தின் கீழ் உள்ள ஒரு நிறுவனம் (முன்பு மனித வளங்கள் மற்றும் மேம்பாட்டு அமைச்சகம் என அறியப்பட்டது). VVM என்பது VI முதல் XI வகுப்பு வரையிலான பள்ளி மாணவர்களிடையே அறிவியலைப் பிரபலப்படுத்துவதற்கான ஒரு தேசியத் திட்டமாகும்,
- இது மாணவர் சமூகத்தினரிடையே விஞ்ஞானத் திறன் கொண்ட பிரகாசமான மனதைக் கண்டறியும் கருத்தாக்கம் கொண்டது. VVM என்பது டிஜிட்டல் சாதனங்களைப் பயன்படுத்தி புதிய இந்தியாவுக்கான இந்தியாவின் மிகப்பெரிய அறிவியல் திறமை தேடல் தேர்வாகவும் இந்தியாவின் முதல் திறந்த புத்தகத் தேர்வாகவும் உள்ளது.
விவிஎம் அமைப்பாளர்கள்
1. விஞ்ஞான பாரதி
- விஞ்ஞான பாரதி (VIBHA) என்பது மாணவர்கள் மற்றும் மக்களிடையே அறிவியல் மற்றும் தொழில்நுட்பத்தைப் பரப்புவதற்கும் பிரபலப்படுத்துவதற்கும் ஒரு தேசிய இயக்கமாகும். VIBHA பண்டைய காலங்களிலும் இப்போதும் இந்தியா வழங்கிய அறிவியல் பங்களிப்புகளை ஊக்குவிக்கிறது.
- இப்போது நாடு முழுவதும் மாநில அலகுகள் மற்றும் நெட்வொர்க்கிங் நிறுவனங்களின் நீண்ட சங்கிலியைக் கொண்ட மிகப்பெரிய அறிவியல் அமைப்பாக நாங்கள் இருக்கிறோம்.
2. விக்யான் பிரசார்
- விக்யான் பிரசார் (VP) என்பது இந்திய அரசின் அறிவியல் மற்றும் தொழில்நுட்பத் துறையின் கீழ் 1989 இல் நிறுவப்பட்ட அறிவியல் மற்றும் தொழில்நுட்பத் தொடர்புக்கான தேசிய நிறுவனம் ஆகும்.
- விக்யான் பிரசார் சமூகத்தில் அறிவியல் மற்றும் பகுத்தறிவு கண்ணோட்டத்தை ஊக்குவிக்கிறது மற்றும் பரப்புகிறது, அறிவியலில் ஆர்வத்தை வளர்க்கிறது, படைப்பாற்றலை ஊக்குவிக்கிறது மற்றும் தகவலறிந்த முடிவெடுக்கும் திறனை வளர்க்கிறது.
3. என்சிஇஆர்டி
- தேசிய கல்வி ஆராய்ச்சி மற்றும் பயிற்சி கவுன்சில் (NCERT) என்பது பள்ளிக் கல்வி தொடர்பான கல்வி விஷயங்களில் மத்திய மற்றும் மாநில அரசுகளுக்கு உதவுவதற்கும் ஆலோசனை வழங்குவதற்கும் 1961 ஆம் ஆண்டு இந்திய அரசால் அமைக்கப்பட்ட ஒரு அமைப்பாகும்.
- NCERT மற்றும் அதன் தொகுதி அலகுகளின் முக்கிய நோக்கங்கள்: பள்ளிக் கல்வி தொடர்பான பகுதிகளில் ஆராய்ச்சியை மேற்கொள்வது, ஊக்குவித்தல் மற்றும் ஒருங்கிணைத்தல்; மாதிரி பாடப்புத்தகங்கள், துணைப் பொருள்கள், செய்திமடல்கள், பத்திரிகைகள் ஆகியவற்றைத் தயாரித்து வெளியிடுதல் மற்றும் கல்விக் கருவிகள், மல்டிமீடியா டிஜிட்டல் பொருட்கள் போன்றவற்றை உருவாக்குதல்.
VVM இன் நோக்கங்கள்
- தூய அறிவியலில் மாணவர்களிடையே ஆர்வத்தை ஏற்படுத்துதல்
- பாரம்பரியம் முதல் நவீனம் வரை, அறிவியல் மற்றும் தொழில்நுட்ப உலகிற்கு இந்தியாவின் பங்களிப்புகளைப் பற்றி பள்ளிக் குழந்தைகளுக்கு கற்பித்தல்
- பயிலரங்குகள் மற்றும் பிற நிகழ்வுகள் மூலம் மாணவர்களுக்கு நேரடிப் பயிற்சியை வழங்குதல்
- அறிவியல் துறையில் மாணவர்களின் கல்வியை முன்னோக்கி கொண்டு செல்ல அவர்களை தயார்படுத்துவதற்கான வழிகாட்டிகளை வழங்குதல்
- அறிவியல் மனப்பான்மை கொண்ட மாணவர்களை அடையாளம் காண போட்டித் தேர்வுகளை நடத்துதல்
- மாநில மற்றும் தேசிய அளவில் வெற்றி பெற்ற மாணவர்களை கண்டறிந்து அவர்களை கவுரவித்தல்
- நாட்டிலுள்ள பல்வேறு R&D நிறுவனங்களுக்கு வெற்றியாளர்களுக்கு வெளிப்பாடு வருகைகளை ஏற்பாடு செய்தல்

- Vidyarthi Vigyan Manthan (VVM) is an initiative of Vijnana Bharati (VIBHA), in collaboration with Vigyan Prasar, an autonomous organization under the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India and National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT), an institution under the Ministry of Education (earlier known as Ministry of Human Resources and Development).
- VVM is a national program for popularizing science among school students of standard VI to XI, conceptualised to identify the bright minds with a scientific aptitude among the student community. VVM is India’s largest science talent search examination for new India using digital devices as well as India’s first open book exam.
VVM Organisers
1. Vijnana Bharati
- Vijnana Bharati (VIBHA) is a national movement for the propagation and popularization of Science & Technology among students and masses.
- VIBHA promotes scientific contributions made by India in ancient times as well as now. Now we are the largest scientific organization having the longest chain of state units and networking institutions across the country.
2. Vigyan Prasar
- Vigyan Prasar (VP) is a national institute for science and technology communication established in 1989 under the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India.
- Vigyan Prasar promotes and propagates a scientific and rational outlook in society, nurtures interest in science, encourages creativity and develops capacity for informed decision making.
3. NCERT
- National Council of Educational Research & Training (NCERT) is an organisation set up by the Government of India in the year 1961 to assist and advise the central and state governments on academic matters related to school education.
- The major objectives of NCERT and its constituent units are to: undertake, promote and coordinate research in areas related to school education; prepare and publish model textbooks, supplementary material, newsletters, journals and develop educational kits, multimedia digital materials, etc.
Objectives of VVM
- To create interest among students in pure science
- To educate school children about India’s contributions from tradition to modern, to the world of science and technology
- To provide hands-on training to students through workshops and other events
- To provide mentors for preparing students to carry forward their education in the field of science
- To conduct competitive tests to identify students who have a scientific bent of mind
- To identify successful students at the State and National levels and felicitate them
- To organise exposure visits for the winners to various R&D institutions in the country
