- இத்திட்டத்தின் நோக்கம், மேல்நிலைப் பள்ளிகளில் படித்து தேர்ச்சி பெற்ற மாணவ மாணவியர்கள் தங்களின் எதிர்கால கனவினை நனவாக்கும் வகையில் அவர்களின் உயர்கல்விக்கான வாய்ப்புகள் பற்றிய பிரிவு வாரியான பட்டப்படிப்புகள், பட்டயப்படிப்புகள் என்னென்ன உள்ளன என்பதை தெரிந்து கொள்ளலாம்.
- கல்லூரிகளை எவ்வாறு தேர்ந்தெடுப்பது என்பதையும், மேற்படிப்பினை முடித்தவுடன் கிடைக்கும் வேலைவாய்ப்புகள் போன்ற விவரங்களையும் தெரிந்து கொள்ளலாம்.
- புகழ்பெற்ற வல்லுநர்கள் மற்றும் கல்வியாளர்களைக் கொண்டு வழிகாட்டுதல்கள் வழங்கப்பட உள்ளன.
- இத்தகைய நிகழ்ச்சிகள் மாணவர்களின் எதிர்கால குறிக்கோளை திட்டமிட்டு அடையவும், வெற்றி பெறவும் வழிவகை செய்யும்.
- இந்நிகழ்ச்சியில், உயர்கல்வித்துறை, தொழில்நுட்பக் கல்வி இயக்ககம், அண்ணா பல்கலைக்கழகம், தமிழ்நாடு வேளாண்மைப் பல்கலைக் கழகம், தமிழ்நாடு டாக்டர் அம்பேத்கார் சட்டப் பல்கலைக்கழகம், தமிழ்நாடு டாக்டர் ஜெ.ஜெயலலிதா மீன்வளப் பல்கலைக் கழகம், தமிழ்நாடு கால்நடை மருத்துவ அறிவியல் பல்கலைக்கழகம், தமிழ்நாடு டாக்டர் எம்.ஜி.ஆர் பல்கலைக்கழகம், கல்லூரி இயக்குநரகம் மற்றும் தமிழ்நாடு திறன் மேம்பாட்டுக் கழகம் சார்பில் அரங்குகள் அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.
- HCL நிறுவனத்திற்கும் தமிழ்நாடு திறன் மேம்பாட்டுக் கழகத்திற்கும் இடையே புரிந்துணர்வு ஒப்பந்தம் தமிழக முதல்வர் முன்னிலையில் மேற்கொள்ளப்படவுள்ளது.
- HCL நிறுவனம் 2500 அரசுப் பள்ளிகளில் பயின்ற மாணவ மாணவியர்களை தகுதியின் அடிப்படையில் தேர்வு செய்து பயிற்சி மற்றும் பணி ஆணை வழங்கவும், இப்பயிற்சிக்கான முழு செலவினையும் அரசே ஏற்கும் எனவும், அம்மாணவர்கள் பட்ட மேற்படிப்பினை பயில வாய்ப்பும் வழங்கப்படும் எனவும் உறுதி செய்யப்படவுள்ளது.
- மேலும், இதனைத் தொடர்ந்து 'நான் முதல்வன்' திட்டத்தின் கீழ் 'கல்லூரி கனவு' நிகழ்ச்சியானது அனைத்து மாவட்டங்களிலும் ஜூன் 29, ஜூன் 30, ஜூலை 1, ஜூலை 2 ஆகிய தேதிகளில் நடைபெறும்.

- In this program, Department of Higher Education, Directorate of Technical Education, Anna University, Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Tamil Nadu Dr. Ambedkar Law University, Tamil Nadu Dr. J. Jayalalithaa Fisheries University, Tamil Nadu Veterinary Science University, Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR University, College Directorate and Tamil Nadu The halls are set up on behalf of the Skills Development Corporation.
- The Memorandum of Understanding between HCL and the Tamil Nadu Skills Development Corporation will be signed in the presence of the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu.
- HCL will ensure that 2500 students studying in government schools are selected on the basis of merit and given training and work orders, the full cost of the training will be borne by the government and the students will be given the opportunity to pursue postgraduate studies.
- Also, this will be followed by the 'College Dream' program under the 'I am the First' program in all districts on June 29, June 30, July 1 and July 2.
