- கல்வியில், மாணவர்கள் எப்படி கற்பது, கற்க ஊக்கப்படுத்துவது, ஆசிரியர் எவ்வாறு கற்பிப்ப்பது போன்றவற்றை மதிப்பிடுவது மிக முக்கியமானதாகும்.
- அதனடிப்படையில், 3 ஆண்டுகளுக்கு ஒருமுறை தேசிய சாதனை கணக்கெடுப்பு (National Achievement survey) எனும் மதிப்பீடுத் திட்டத்தை மத்திய கல்வி அமைச்சகம் மேற்கொண்டு வருகிறது.
- இதன் கீழ், நாடு முழுவதும் 3, 5, 8, 10ம் வகுப்பு மாணவர்களின் கற்கும் திறன் மதிப்பீடு செய்யப்படுகிறது. இதற்கு முன்பு கடைசியாக 2017ம் ஆண்டு நவம்பர் 13ம் தேதி நடந்தது.
- 2021ம் ஆண்டுக்கான கணக்கெடுப்பு நாடு முழுவதும், கடந்தாண்டு நவம்பர் 12ம் தேதி நடத்தப்பட்டது. 36 மாநிலங்கள் மற்றும் யூனியன் பிரதேசங்களில் 733 மாவட்டங்களில் சுமார் 1.23 லட்சம் பள்ளிகளைச் சேர்ந்த 38 லட்சம் மாணவர்கள் இந்த கணக்கெடுப்பில் கலந்து கொண்டனர்.
- கணிதம், மாநில மொழிப்பாடம், அறிவியல், சமூக அறிவியல், சுற்றுச்சூழல் அறிவியல், ஆங்கிலம் ஆகிய பாடங்களில் தேர்வுகள் நடத்தப்பட்டன.
- மேலும், கல்வி சமூகத்தின் ஒட்டுமொத்த பிரச்சனைகளை புரிந்து கொள்ளும் விதமாக திட்டமிட்ட கேள்விகள் மூலம் பதில்கள் பெறப்பட்டு அறிக்கையில் சேர்க்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.
- நாட்டின் 3ம் வகுப்பு மாணவர்களின் சராசரி கற்றல் திறன் விகிதம் 49% ஆக உள்ளது. தமிழகத்தின் இந்த சராசரி எண்ணிக்கை 45.6% ஆகும்.
- இதில், குறிப்பிட்டு கூறும் வகையில், நாமக்கல், தேனி, புதுக்கோட்டை ஆகிய மாவட்டங்களில் திறம்பட கற்றுள்ள மாணவர்களின் எண்ணிக்கை 25%க்கும் குறைவாக உள்ளது. 5, 8, 10 ஆகிய வகுப்புகளிலும் இத்தகைய போக்கே காணப்படுகிறது.
10ம் வகுப்பு மாணவர்களின் கற்றலின் மதிப்பீட்டு முடிவுகள்
- பொதுவாக, கற்றல் என்பது ஒரு சிக்கலான செயல் என்று கல்வியாளர்கள் தெரிவிக்கின்றனர். வகுப்பிற்கு அப்பாற்பட்ட சூழ்நிலைகளும் மாணவர்களின் கற்றல் திறனை தீர்மானிக்கிறது. இந்த கணக்கெடுப்பில் பெறப்பட்ட தகவல்களும் இதே உறுதி செய்கின்றன.
- உதாரணமாக, மாநிலத்தில் மாணவர்களின் கற்றல் எதிர்பார்ப்பை நிறைவேற்றுவதில் கிராமப்புறப் பள்ளிகளை விட நகர்ப்புற பள்ளிகள் சிறந்து விளங்குவதாக தெரிய வந்துள்ளது.
- மேலும், ஆதிதிராவிடர், பட்டியல் பழங்குடியினர், இதர பிற்படுத்தப்பட்ட வகுப்பினரை விட பொதுப் பிரிவு மாணவர்கள் கல்வியில் சிறப்புற விளங்குவதாகவும் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

- Under this, the learning ability of 3rd, 5th, 8th and 10th class students across the country is assessed. The last time this happened was on November 13, 2017.
- The nationwide survey for 2021 was conducted on November 12 last year. About 38 lakh students from about 1.23 lakh schools in 733 districts in 36 states and union territories took part in the survey.
- Examinations were conducted in Mathematics, State Translation, Science, Social Science, Environmental Science and English.
- Furthermore, the questions are answered through planned questions in a way that understands the overall problems of the education community and are included in the report.
- The average learning ability rate of 3rd grade students in the country is 49%. The average figure in Tamil Nadu is 45.6%.
- Of these, Namakkal, Theni and Pudukottai districts have less than 25% effective students. A similar trend is seen in classes 5, 8 and 10.
Assessment results of 10th grade students' learning
- In general, educators report that learning is a complex process. Circumstances outside the classroom also determine students' learning ability. The information obtained in this survey confirms the same.
- For example, it has been found that urban schools outperform rural schools in fulfilling the learning expectations of students in the state.
- Furthermore, it has been reported that the general public students excel in education more than the Adithravidar, Scheduled Tribes and other backward classes.
