The Prime Minister inaugurated the Global Pattidar Business Summit

  • Prime Minister Narendra Modi today inaugurated the Global Pattidar Business Summit organized by Sardar Dham on video. Gujarat Chief Minister Mr. Bhupendra Boy Patel, Union Ministers and industry leaders were also present on the occasion.
  • Under the 2026 movement, Sardar had organized this summit with an emphasis on the socio-economic development of the Pattidar community. It is held every two years. The first two summits were held in Gandhinagar in 2018 and 2020. The current conference was held in Surat.
  • The focus of this summit is on the autonomous community, autonomous Gujarat and India. The aim of the conference is to integrate small, medium and large enterprises in this community.
  • Another purpose is to create and support new entrepreneurs to motivate young people and help with training and employment. The three-day summit, to be held from April 29 to May 1, is the government's business policy. MSMEs cover various aspects such as new businesses and innovation.
The Semicon India Conference 2022 was inaugurated by the Prime Minister
  • Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who inaugurated the Semicon India Conference 2022 via video, shared his views at the inaugural function. It was attended by Union Ministers, executives of semiconductor companies, investors, academics and foreign diplomats.
Government of Tamil Nadu ready to help the people of Sri Lanka: Resolution in the Assembly seeking permission
  • Chief Minister MK Stalin has proposed a resolution in the legislature seeking permission from the central government to help people in crisis in Sri Lanka. It was followed by a resolution in the legislature.
  • And provide 137 types of medicines at a cost of Rs 28 crore; The Government of Tamil Nadu is ready to provide 500 tons of milk powder to the people of Sri Lanka at a cost of Rs. 15 crores.
  • The resolution was subsequently passed. The resolution urges the government to allow the people of Sri Lanka to send food and essential items from Tamil Nadu.
