- நித்தி ஆயோக் மூலம் 2022 ஏப்ரல் 11 அன்று மாநில எரிசக்தி மற்றும் பருவநிலை குறியீடு சுற்று-1 வெளியிடப்பட்டது. இந்த நிகழ்வுக்கு நித்தி ஆயோகின் துணைத் தலைவர் டாக்டர் ராஜீவ் குமார் தலைமை தாங்கினார்.
- மாநில எரிசக்தி விநியோக நிறுவனங்களின் செயல்பாடு, ஆற்றல் பகிர்மானம், பயன்பாடு, இருப்பு, ஆற்றல் சேமிப்பு உள்ளிட்ட அளவுகோல்களின் அடிப்படையில் தரவரிசை பட்டியல் வெளியிடப்பட்டது.
- இந்த அறிக்கையின் முக்கிய அம்சங்களை கூடுதல் செயலாளர் டாக்டர் ராகேஷ் சர்வால் விவரித்தார். மாநில எரிசக்தி மற்றும் பருவநிலை குறியீடு சுற்று-1-ல் மாநிலங்களின் செயல்பாடு ஆறு அளவுகோல்களை கொண்டு தரவரிசை செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.
- 1. டிஸ்காம் செயல்பாடு 2. எரிசக்தி எளிதில், குறைந்த செலவில் நம்பகத்தன்மையோடு கிடைத்தது 3. தூய்மை எரிசக்திக்கான நடவடிக்கைகள் 4. எரிசக்திக்கென 5. சுற்றுச்சூழல் நீடித்திருத்தல் 6. புதிய முன்முயற்சிகள்.
- இந்த அளவுகோல்கள் மேலும் 27 குறியீடுகளாக பிரிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. இவற்றின் அடிப்படையில் மாநிலங்கள் மற்றும் யூனியன் பிரதேசங்கள் 3 குழுக்களாக பிரிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன. 1. முன்னோடிகள் 2. சாதனையாளர்கள 3. முன்னேற விரும்புகின்றவை.
- மாநிலங்களின் அளவு மற்றும் புவியியல் வேறுபாடுகளை அடிப்படையாக கொண்டு மிகப்பெரிய மாநிலங்கள், சிறிய மாநிலங்கள் மற்றும் யூனியன் பிரதேசங்கள் என 3 வகையாக பிரிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.
- இதன்படி, குஜராத், கேரளா, பஞ்சாப் ஆகியவை தரவரிசையில் முதல் 3 பெரிய மாநிலங்களாக உள்ளன. தமிழ்நாடு தரவரிசையில் 43.4 சராசரி புள்ளிகளுடன் 9 ஆவது இடத்தை பெற்றுள்ளது.
- நன்றாக செயல்பட்ட சிறிய மாநிலங்களின் தரவரிசையில் கோவா முதலிடத்தையும், திரிபுரா, மணிப்பூர் ஆகியவை அடுத்தடுத்த இடங்களையும் பெற்றுள்ளன.
- யூனியன் பிரதேசங்களை பொறுத்தவரை சண்டிகர், தில்லி, டாமன் அண்ட் டியூ / யாத்ரா, நாகர்ஹவேலி ஆகியவை சிறந்த செயல்பாடு உள்ளவையாக கண்டறியப்பட்டுள்ளன. புதுச்சேரி 48.5 சராசரி புள்ளிகளுடன் 4 ஆவது இடத்தில் உள்ளது.
- அதன்படி எரிசக்தி ஆற்றல் சேமிப்பு பிரிவில் தமிழ்நாடு 85.4 புள்ளிகள் பெற்று முதல் இடத்தில் உள்ளதாக நிதி அயோக் தெரிவித்துள்ளது. ஒட்டுமொத்தமாக பட்டியலில் குஜராத் மாநிலம் முதல் இடத்திலும், கேரளா இரண்டாம் இடத்திலும், பஞ்சாப் 3ஆம் இடத்தில் உள்ளன.
- State Energy and Climate Index Round-1 was released on April 11, 2022 by Nitish Ayog. The event was chaired by Dr. Rajeev Kumar, Vice President, Nitish Ayog.
- The ranking list is published on the basis of criteria including performance, energy distribution, utilization, reserve and energy storage of state energy distribution companies.
- Additional Secretary Dr. Rakesh Sarwal explained the key features of this report. The performance of the states in the State Energy and Climate Index Round-1 is ranked by six criteria.
- 1. DISCOM function 2. Energy available easily, reliably at low cost 3. Measures for clean energy 4. For energy 5. Environmental sustainability 6. New initiatives.
- These criteria are further subdivided into 27 codes. Based on these, the states and union territories are divided into 3 groups. 1. Pioneers 2. Achievers 3. Those who want to progress.
- Based on the size and geographical differences of the states, they are divided into 3 types namely large states, small states and union territories.
- Accordingly, Gujarat, Kerala and Punjab are the top 3 largest states in the rankings. Tamil Nadu is ranked 9th with an average of 43.4 points. Goa tops the list of best performing small states, followed by Tripura and Manipur.
- The Union Territories of Chandigarh, Delhi, Daman and Diu / Yatra and Nagar Haveli have been identified as the best performing. Puducherry is in 4th place with an average of 48.5 points.
- According to Nithi Ayog, Tamil Nadu ranks first in the energy saving category with 85.4 points. Overall, Gujarat tops the list, followed by Kerala and Punjab.
