Resolution on the Russian side at the UN - India boycott

  • Russian forces have launched a series of attacks on Ukraine following orders from Russian President Vladimir Putin. Thousands of soldiers and civilians have been killed in the war, which has been raging for the past month.

An allocation of Rs.250 crore to Tamil Nadu under the Nutrition Scheme
  • The Nutrition Program was launched on March 8, 2018 to alleviate malnutrition in the country. The program aims to improve the nutritional status of children, adolescents, pregnant women and nursing mothers up to the age of 6 years.
  • The total funds disbursed to the States up to January 1, 2022 under the Nutrition Plan and the funds disbursed are given in the appendix. Rs. 250 crore 60 lakh 44 thousand has been provided. Of this, Tamil Nadu has used Rs 218 crore 79 lakh 36 thousand.
