TRAI orders extension of mobile recharge validity period to 30 days
- Vouchers currently offered to pre-paid cell phone customers as a one-month plan are limited to 28 days. This results in the need to recharge 13 times a year. In this situation, TRAI has ordered all telecom companies to implement a 30-day plan.
- Accordingly, it has been ordered to fix the validity period on special tariff vouchers and combo vouchers at 30 days. This is likely to reduce the number of prepaid recharges to 12 per year.
India, Central Asian Summit 2022
- The India-Central Asia Summit was held via video.
