Indian Economic Growth - World Bank Forecast

  • The World Bank has maintained its earlier position as various companies have changed their forecasts for India's growth. The World Bank has forecast that the country's economic growth will continue to be 8.3 percent in the current fiscal year, up from last July.
  • The reason for this is that the recovery has not yet been widely achieved. Retail price inflation stood at 5.59 per cent in December
