• ஜனநாயக சீர்திருத்தங்கள் அமைப்பின் தேர்தல் கண்காணிப்பு கழகம், அரசியல் கட்சிகளின் சொத்துக்கள் குறித்து ஆய்வு மேற்கொண்டன.
• பாரதிய ஜனதா, காங்கிரஸ், பகுஜன் சமாஜ், மார்க்சிஸ்ட் கம்யூனிஸ்டு, திரிணாமுல் காங்கிரஸ், தேசியவாத காங்கிரஸ், இந்திய கம்யூனிஸ்டு உள்ளிட்ட பல்வேறு கட்சிகளும் தாமாகவே அளித்த தகவல்களை கொண்டு ஆய்வு செய்து தற்போது அறிக்கை வெளியிட்டுள்ளது.
• இதில் 2019-20 நிதியாண்டில், பாஜகவின் சொத்து மதிப்பு ரூ.4,847.78 கோடி என்றளவில் உள்ளது. அடுத்தபடியாக பகுஜன் சமாஜ் கட்சி ரூ.698.33 கோடி சொத்து மதிப்புடன் 2வது இடத்தில் உள்ளது. நாட்டின் பழமையான கட்சியான காங்கிரஸ், ரூ.588.16 கோடி சொத்துடன் 3வது இடத்தில் இருக்கிறது.
• 7 தேசிய கட்சிகள் மட்டுமல்லாமல் 44 பிராந்திய கட்சிகளின் சொத்து மதிப்பும் கணக்கிடப்பட்டுள்ளது. அதன்படி ஒட்டுமொத்தமாக 7 தேசிய கட்சிகளில் 2019-20 ஆம் ஆண்டுக்கான சொத்து மதிப்பு ரூ.6,988.57 கோடி என்றளவிலும், மாநிலக் கட்சிகளின் சொத்து மதிப்பு கூட்டாக ரூ.2,129.38 என்றளவிலும் உள்ளது.
• மாநிலக் கட்சிகளில் டாப் 10: சொத்து மதிப்பின் அடிப்படையில் டாப் 10 பட்டியலில் உள்ள மாநிலக் கட்சிகளைப் பற்றிய விவரத்தைப் பார்ப்போம்.
• 2019-20 ஆம் நிதியாண்டில் உத்தரப்பிரதேசத்தின் சமாஜ்வாதி கட்சிதான் ரூ.563.47 கோடி சொத்து மதிப்புடன் முதலிடத்தில் உள்ளது. இரண்டாவது இடத்தில் தெலங்கானா ராஷ்ட்ரீய சமிதி (டிஆர்எஸ்) கட்சி உள்ளது. அதன் சொத்து மதிப்பு ரூ.301.47 கோடி. மூன்றாவது இடத்தில் ரூ.267.61 கோடி சொத்து மதிப்புடன் அதிமுக உள்ளது.
• கட்சிகள் விரும்பும் வைப்புத் தொகை: தேசியக் கட்சியாகட்டும், மாநிலக் கட்சியாகட்டும் இரண்டுமே ஃபிக்ஸட் டெபாசிட் எனப்படும் நிரந்தர வைப்பு நிதியையே விரும்புகின்றன. கட்சிகள் ஃபிக்ஸட் டெபாசிட்டில் ரூ. 1,639.51 கோடி வைத்துள்ளன. இது மொத்த மதிப்பில் 76.99% ஆகும்.
• பாஜக தான் ஃபிக்ஸட் டெபாசிட்டாக ரூ.3,253.00 கோடி வைத்துள்ளதாகவும், பகுஜன் சமாஜ் கட்சி தான் அந்த வகையில் ரூ.618.86 கோடி வைத்துள்ளதாகவும் தெரிவித்துள்ளது. காங்கிரஸ் இந்த வகையறாவில் ரூ.240.90 கோடி வைத்துள்ளது.
• மாநிலக் கட்சிகளில், சமாஜ்வாதி கட்சி (ரூ434.219 crore), டிஆர்எஸ் (ரூ256.01 crore), அஇஅதிமுக (ரூ246.90 crore), திமுக (ரூ162.425 crore), சிவ சேனா (ரூ148.46 crore), பிஜு ஜனதா தளம் (ரூ118.425 crore) என்றளவில் வைப்பு நிதி வைத்துள்ளன.
• 44 பிராந்தியக் கட்சிகளில், டாப் 10 கட்சிகளின் சொத்து மதிப்பு ரூ.2028.715 கோடி. இது பிராந்தியக் கட்சிகளின் மொத்த மதிப்பில் 95.27% ஆகும்.
• கடன்கள், அடமானங்கள் என இதர வகையறாக்களையும் சேர்த்து நிதிச் சுமை எவ்வளவு இருக்கின்றன என்பதையும் கட்சிகள் தெரிவித்துள்ளது. 
• அதன்படி 44 மாநிலக் கட்சிகளும் சேர்த்து 2019-20 நிதியாண்டில் ரூ.134.93 கோடி நிதிச்சுமை உள்ளதாக தெரிவித்துள்ளன. தேசியக் கட்சிகள் ரூ.74.27 கோடி சுமை உள்ளதாகத் தெரிவித்துள்ளது. இதில் காங்கிரஸ் கட்சிதான் ரூ.49.55 கோடி என்று அதிகளவிலான சுமைக் கணக்கைக் காட்டியுள்ளது.
• பிராந்தியக் கட்சிகளின் மொத்தக் கடன் ரூ.30.37 கோடி என்றளவில் உள்ளது. இவற்றில் தெலுங்கு தேசக் கட்சி அதிகபட்சமாக ரூ.30.342 கோடி கடன்சுமை இருப்பதாகவும், திமுக ரூ.8.05 கோடி நிதிச்சுமை இருப்பதாகவும் தெரிவித்துள்ள.

• The Electoral Observatory of the Democratic Reforms Organization surveyed the assets of political parties.
• Various parties, including the Bharatiya Janata Party, the Congress, the Bahujan Samaj, the Marxist Communist Party, the Trinamool Congress, the Nationalist Congress Party and the Communist Party of India, have published the report after examining their own information.
• Of this, the BJP has assets worth Rs 4,847.78 crore in 2019-20. The BJP is in second place with assets worth Rs 698.33 crore. The Congress, the country's oldest party, is in third place with assets worth Rs 588.16 crore.
• The property value of not only 7 national parties but also 44 regional parties has been calculated. Accordingly, the total value of assets of the 7 national parties for the year 2019-20 is Rs 6,988.57 crore and the combined value of the assets of the state parties is Rs 2,129.38.
• Top 10 State Parties: We will look at the profile of the top 10 state parties in terms of asset value. The Samajwadi Party of Uttar Pradesh topped the list with assets worth Rs 563.47 crore in 2019-20. 
• In second place is the Telangana Rashtriya Samithi (TRS) party. Its assets are worth Rs 301.47 crore. AIADMK is in third place with assets worth Rs 267.61 crore. Deposits desired by the parties: Both the National Party and the State Party prefer a fixed deposit fund called Fixed Deposit. The parties have to pay a fixed deposit of Rs. 1,639.51 crore. This is 76.99% of the total value. 
• The BJP has a fixed deposit of Rs 3,253.00 crore, while the BJP has a fixed deposit of Rs 618.86 crore. Congress has Rs 240.90 crore in this category. Among the state parties, the Samajwadi Party (Rs 434.219 crore), TRS (Rs 256.01 crore), AIADMK (Rs 246.90 crore), DMK (Rs 162.425 crore), Shiv Sena (Rs 148.46 crore), Biju Janata Dal (Rs 118) .425 crore).
• Out of 44 regional parties, the top 10 parties have assets worth Rs 2028.715 crore. This is 95.27% of the total value of regional parties. The parties have stated the financial burden, including other types of loans and mortgages.
• Accordingly, 44 state parties together have stated that they have a financial burden of Rs.134.93 crore in the financial year 2019-20. The national parties have a burden of Rs 74.27 crore. Of this, the Congress party alone has shown the highest burden of Rs 49.55 crore.
• The total debt of regional parties stands at Rs 30.37 crore. Of these, the Telugu Desam Party has a maximum debt burden of Rs 30,342 crore and the DMK has a financial burden of Rs 8.05 crore.
