- ‘சுகன்யா சம்ரிதி யோஜ்னா’ என்பது பெண் குழந்தைகளுக்கான ஒரு சிறிய வைப்புத் திட்டமாகும்.
- வைப்புத்தொகைக்கான வட்டி விகிதம்: 8.40% (w.e.f 1 அக்டோபர், 2019).
- வருமான வரி சட்டம், 1961 இன் பிரிவு 80 சி இன் கீழ் பொருந்தும் வகையில், இந்த திட்டம் மூன்று மடங்கு விலக்கு சலுகைகள் நீட்டிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது,
- அதாவது முதலீடு செய்யப்பட்ட தொகை, வட்டி என சம்பாதித்த தொகை மற்றும் திரும்பப் பெறப்பட்ட தொகை ஆகியவற்றிற்கு வரி இருக்காது.
- ஒரு பெண் குழந்தை 10 வயதை எட்டும் வரை அவள் பெயரில் கணக்கு திறக்கப்படலாம்.
- ஒரு பெண் குழந்தையின் பெயரில் ஒரு கணக்கை மட்டுமே திறக்க முடியும்.
- தபால் அலுவலகம் மற்றும் அங்கீகரிக்கப்பட்ட வங்கிகளின் கிளைகளில் கணக்கு திறக்கப்படலாம்.
- கணக்கு திறக்கப்பட்ட பெண் குழந்தையின் பிறப்புச் சான்றிதழ் சமர்ப்பிக்கப்பட வேண்டும்.
- குறைந்தபட்சம் ரூ. 250 / - மற்றும் அதன் பின்னர் ரூ. 100 / - டெபாசிட் செய்யலாம். குறைந்தபட்சம் ரூ. 250 / - ஒரு நிதியாண்டில் டெபாசிட் செய்யப்பட வேண்டும்.
- அதிகபட்சம் ரூ. 1,50,000 / - ஒரு நிதியாண்டில் டெபாசிட் செய்யலாம்.
- வட்டி விகிதம் அவ்வப்போது அரசாங்கத்தால் அறிவிக்கப்படும். இது ஆண்டு கூட்டு அடிப்படையில் கணக்கிடப்பட்டு கணக்கில் வரவு வைக்கப்படும்.
- பெண் குழந்தை 18 வயதை எட்டும் போது, கல்விச் செலவுகளைச் சமாளிக்க, முந்தைய நிதியாண்டின் மீதமுள்ள தொகையில் 50% வரை பணம் எடுக்க அனுமதிக்கப்படும்.
- கணக்கை இந்தியாவில் எங்கு வேண்டுமானாலும் ஒரு தபால் அலுவலகம் / வங்கியில் இருந்து மற்றொரு இடத்திற்கு மாற்றலாம்.
- கணக்கு திறந்த நாளிலிருந்து 21 ஆண்டுகள் நிறைவடைந்ததும் அல்லது கணக்கு வைத்திருப்பவரின் திருமணம் நடக்கும் ஆண்டோ, எது முந்தையது, அவ்வாண்டில் கணக்கு முதிர்ச்சியடையும்.
- ‘Sukanya Samriti Yojna’ is a small deposit scheme for girls.
- Interest rate on deposits: 8.40% (w.e.f 1 October, 2019).
- In accordance with Section 80C of the Income Tax Act, 1961, the scheme has been extended by three times.
- That is, there is no tax on the amount invested, the amount earned as interest and the amount withdrawn.
- An account can be opened in a girl's name until she reaches the age of 10.
- An account can only be opened in the name of a girl child.
- Account can be opened at Post Office and Branches of Authorized Banks.
- Birth certificate of the girl child who has opened the account should be submitted.
- At least Rs. 250 / - and thereafter Rs. 100 / - can be deposited. At least Rs. 250 / - should be deposited in a financial year.
- A maximum of Rs. 1,50,000 / - can be deposited in a financial year.
- The interest rate will be announced by the government from time to time. It is calculated on an annual compounded basis and credited to the account.
- When the girl reaches the age of 18, she will be allowed to withdraw up to 50% of the remaining amount of the previous financial year to cover the cost of education.
- The account can be transferred from one post office / bank to another location anywhere in India.
- 21 years from the date of opening of the account or the year in which the account holder's marriage takes place, whichever is earlier, the account will mature in that year.
