The Prime Minister launched two new RBI customer-centric innovation initiatives
- Prime Minister Narendra Modi launched the Reserve Bank Small Investor Direct Scheme and the Integrated Ombudsman Scheme (Integrated Criticism Scheme), which will be implemented in conjunction with the Reserve Bank, through video conferencing.
- Officials including Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman and Reserve Bank Governor Shakthi Kandadas were present.
- The Permanent Commission of the Army supports the promotion of women officers in the Indian Army. But, despite all their qualifications, 11 female officers sued the Supreme Court for being rejected for not being included in this commission.
- The apex court, hearing the case, set a November 26 deadline for admissions. However, the military said they did not meet certain requirements for inclusion in the commission.
- Refusing to accept this, the Supreme Court issued a contempt of court case warning to the military and its commander-in-chief for not enforcing its ruling.
- Thus, the military agreed to include them in the permanent commission. In this way, these female officers have the opportunity to go to higher positions equal to men in the military.
- The National Network Transfer System of India (NIXI) has set up a customer service center 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Through this, the service will be provided to customers of all sections of Nixie.
- Nixie operates with three business divisions: Internet Exchange, Dot In Registry and IRINN. Nixie has taken this initiative to improve customer service. The Nixie Customer Service Center can be contacted at 011-48202001 and at customercare@nixi.in.

- The agreement aims to promote tourism with safe, dignified and durable facilities by providing more information about accommodation.
