- முதலமைச்சர் மு.க.ஸ்டாலின் தலைமையிலான அரசு பொறுப்பேற்ற பிறகு கடந்த ஜூன் 21ஆம் தேதி நடந்த சட்டமன்றக் கூட்டத் தொடரில் ஆளுநர் உரையாற்றினார்.
- அப்போது, "தமிழ்நாட்டு மக்களுக்கு, குறிப்பாக தமிழ் வழியில் பயின்றவர்களுக்கும், அரசு பள்ளியில் பயின்றவர்களுக்கும் அரசு பதவிகளுக்கான வேலைவாய்ப்பில் முன்னுரிமை கொடுக்கப்படுவதை அரசு உறுதி செய்யும்" என்று அறிவித்திருந்தார்.
- இதனைத் தொடர்ந்து நடந்த மானியக் கோரிக்கை மீதான கூட்டத் தொடரில் உரையாற்றிய மனிதவள மேலாண்மை துறை அமைச்சர் பழனிவேல் தியாகராஜன், கொரோனா தொற்றால் பெற்றோர் இருவரையும் இழந்த இளைஞர்கள், முதல் தலைமுறை பட்டதாரிகள், தமிழக அரசு பள்ளிகளில் தமிழ்மொழியில் பயின்ற நபர்களுக்கு அரசுப் பணியிடங்களில் முன்னுரிமை அளிக்கப்படும் என்று அறிவித்தார்.

- இதன்மூலம் கொரோனாவால் பெற்றோர் இருவரையும் இழந்த இளைஞர்கள், முதல் தலைமுறை பட்டதாரிகள், அரசுப் பள்ளிகளில் தமிழ் வழியில் படித்தவர்களுக்கு சுழற்சி முறையில் இட ஒதுக்கீடு நடைமுறைக்கு வருகிறது.
