- பள்ளிக்கு வராத 3 - 6 வயது வரையிலானவர்கள் பள்ளிப் பாடம் படிப்பதற்கு புதிய முறையை தேசிய கல்விக் கொள்கை முன்னெடுத்தது.
- இதன்கீழ், முன்குழந்தைப் பருவ கவனிப்பு மற்றும் கல்வியை வலியுறுத்தும் வகையில், தற்போதுள்ள 10 + 2 பாடத்திட்ட முறை மாற்றப்பட்டு, முறையே 3-8, 8-11, 11-14 மற்றும் 14-18 வயதுக்கேற்ற 5 + 3 + 3 + 4 ஆண்டு பாடத்திட்ட முறை அறிமுகப்படுத்தப்படும் என்று தெரிவித்தது.

- பள்ளி குழந்தைகளுக்கு இயற்கை மற்றும் தோட்டங்கள் குறித்த முதல் அனுபவத்தை கொடுக்க, பள்ளிகளில் ஊட்டச்சத்து தோட்டங்களை வளர்க்கவும் அரசு ஊக்குவிக்கிறது. இந்த தோட்டங்களில் விளையும் பொருட்கள் கூடுதல் நுண்ணுாட்டச் சத்துக்கள் வழங்க பயன்படுத்தப்படுகிறது. ஏற்கனவே 3 லட்சத்துக்கும் மேற்பட்ட பள்ளிகளில், ஊட்டச்சத்து தோட்டங்கள் உருவாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.

- Therefore, in line with these new education policies, the federal government has proposed to provide lunch in schools to students studying in pre-middle school classes. Earlier, the central government (balvatikas) established a primary school called Balvatikas.
- The central government has also said that under the scheme, remittances to 11.20 lakh schools across the country will reduce revenue loss. The idea of providing special meals for children during special events / festive seasons will also be encouraged.
- The government also encourages school children to develop nutritious gardens in schools to give them a first-hand experience of nature and gardens. The produce of these gardens is used to provide additional micronutrients. Already in more than 3 lakh schools, nutrition gardens have been developed.
- A community audit program is mandatory in all districts. Special facilities are also being set up to provide supplementary nutrition to children in districts with high levels of anemia.
- Village level and national level cooking competitions will also be promoted to produce innovative dishes with locally grown vegetables and ingredients.
- Local Products for Independent India: The involvement of Agricultural Producers' Organizations (FPOs) and women's self-help groups in the implementation of the scheme will be encouraged. Through the use of local traditional food items, the local economy will be promoted.
- Field surveys will also be arranged to monitor progress. Students from reputed universities, educational and training institutions will be organized for field studies
