Four red pots in the same pit on Keeladi
- The seventh phase of excavation work below has been underway since last February. More than 100 people are involved in the excavation at the three sites below, Agaram and Kontagai.
- Pottery with lids so far, wells, line-shaped pottery tiles, baked dice, stone plowing tool, silver stamp coin are founded on Keeladi. Many people are interested in the excavation work below as the materials used by the ancient people about 2,600 years ago are coming out in succession.
- In this case, a small red pot was found in a pit in the bottom excavation, followed by a large dark red pot 60 cm high. Next to it was found another pot that had been soaked.
- Also found near it is a bowl-like black red pot. Four consecutive red pots were found in the same pit in succession.
- Pune-based Bank of Maharashtra has reported a total lending of Rs 1,10,592 lakh crore in the April-June quarter of the current fiscal. This is an increase of 14.46 per cent over the previous year.
- As a result, the bank ranks first among lenders in public sector banks. It was followed by Punjab and Sindh Bank with Rs 67,933 crore (10.13% growth) in the April-June quarter. Similarly, deposits in Bank of Maharashtra have increased by 14%.
- The current and savings account deposit ratio, also known as Gaza, is 22% higher than other public sector banks at Rs 92,491 crore. Total trade increased by 14.17% to Rs 2.85 lakh crore and net profit doubled to Rs 208 crore. Arrears fell to 6.35 per cent from 10.93 per cent in the same quarter a year ago.
