- மகாத்மா காந்தி தேசிய ஊரக வேலை உறுதி திட்ட அமலாக்கத்தில் ரூ.935 கோடி முறைகேடு நடந்துள்ளதாக மத்திய ஊரக மேம்பாட்டு அமைச்சகம் நடத்திய தணிக்கையில் தெரியவந்துள்ளது.இதில் ரூ.12.5 கோடி அளவிலான தொகை மட்டுமே வசூலாகியுள்ளது. இது மொத்த தொகையில் 1.34% ஆகும்.
- மாநிலங்கள் மற்றும் யூனியன் பிரதேசங்களில் உள்ள 2.65 லட்சம் கிராம பஞ்சாயத்துகளில், கடந்த 4 ஆண்டுகால (2017-18 முதல்) ஊரக வேலைதிட்ட அமலாக்கம் பற்றி தணிக்கை நடத்தப்பட்டது. 2017-18-ம் நிதி ஆண்டில் மத்தியஅரசு இந்த திட்டத்துக்கு ரூ.55,659 கோடிநிதி ஒதுக்கியுள்ளது.
- இது ஒவ்வொருஆண்டும் படிப்படியாக அதிகரிக்கப்பட்டு 2020-21-ம் நிதி ஆண்டில் ரூ.1,10,355 கோடியாக உயர்ந்துள்ளது. மொத்த நிதி ஒதுக்கீடு அதிகரித்து வந்த நிலையில் ரூ.935 கோடி நிதி முறைகேடு நடைபெற்றுள்ளது தணிக்கையில் தெரியவந்துள்ளது.
- லஞ்சம் மற்றும் உயிருடன் இல்லாதவர்களுக்கு பணம் அளித்ததாக கணக்கு காட்டியிருப்பது தெரியவந்துள்ளது. இதுதவிர அதிக விலையில் பொருட்களை கொள்முதல் செய்ததும் தெரியவந்துள்ளது.
- தமிழகத்தில் மிக அதிக அளவாக ரூ.245 கோடி முறைகேடு நடந்துள்ளது. இதில் 0.85% தொகை அதாவது ரூ.2.07 கோடி மட்டுமே திரும்பப் பெறப்பட்டுள்ளதாக தணிக்கையில் தெரியவந்துள்ளது. இது தொடர்பாக ஒருவர் பணியிடை நீக்கம் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளார், 2 பேர் பதவி நீக்கம் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளனர்.

- An audit by the Central Ministry of Rural Development has revealed that Rs 935 crore has been misappropriated in the implementation of the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme, of which only Rs 12.5 crore has been collected. This is 1.34% of the total.
