Prime Minister Narendra Modi inaugurates international conference on the future of environment and climate dynamics
- Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi inaugurated an international conference on "The Future of Environment and Climate Dynamics" today (19.09.2026) at Vigyan Bhawan in New Delhi.
- Addressing the gathering, the Prime Minister highlighted the nation's deep historical connection with nature.
- Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi handed over appointment letters via video conferencing to over 51,000 youths newly recruited into various government organizations during the 20th Rozgar Mela held today (19.09.2026).
- Speaking at the event, he remarked that this occasion brings immense joy to thousands of families and serves as a tribute to the personal hard work of the new recruits and the great sacrifices made by their parents.
- Exercising the powers conferred by the Constitution of India and following consultation with the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, the President has appointed judges to various High Courts.
- A press release issued in this regard states that 14 judicial officers have been appointed as Judges and Additional Judges across the aforementioned High Courts.
- Accordingly, Smt. Nivedita Anil Sharma and Smt. Nisha Sahay Saxena have been appointed as Judges of the Delhi High Court. Mr. Sanjay Sharma, Mr. Bharat Parashar, Dr. Aditi Choudhary, Mr. Dinesh Bhat, and Mr. Arun Bhardwaj have been appointed as Additional Judges of the Delhi High Court.
- Mr. Yash Paul Bourney has been appointed as a Judge of the High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh.
- Mr. Manoj Prasad, Mr. Akhil Kumar, and Mr. Ram Sharma have been appointed as Judges of the Jharkhand High Court.
- Mrs. Usharani, Mr. K.S. Bharath Kumar, and Mrs. Nerale V. Bhavani have been appointed as Additional Judges of the Karnataka High Court.
