• தமிழக வேளாண் பட்ஜெட் 2026 - 2027 / TAMILNADU AGRI BUDGET 2026 - 2027: தமிழக சட்டப்பேரவையில் 2026-27-ஆம் நிதி ஆண்டுக்கான வேளாண் பட்ஜெட்டை அமைச்சர் வினோத் இன்று (ஆகஸ்ட் 06) தாக்கல் செய்து, உரை நிகழ்த்தினார்.

தமிழக வேளாண் பட்ஜெட் 2026-27 இன் முக்கிய அம்சங்கள்

• தமிழக வேளாண் பட்ஜெட் 2026 - 2027 / TAMILNADU AGRI BUDGET 2026 - 2027: நஞ்சில்லா வேளாண் முறைகளை ஊக்குவித்து, விவசாயிகளின் விளைபொருட்களுக்கு சந்தை வாய்ப்புகளை உருவாக்க நீலகிரி மாவட்டம் ஊட்டியில் புதிய வேளாண் தொழில்நுட்ப ஆராய்ச்சி மையம் அமைக்கப்படும். இதற்கு ரூ.5 கோடி ஒதுக்கீடு.
• உழவர் சந்தைகளை புனரமைக்க ரூ.20 கோடி ஒதுக்கீடு.
• 50 உழவர் சந்தைகளில் மின்னணு விலைப் பலகைகள் அமைக்க ரூ.2 கோடி ஒதுக்கீடு.
• ரூ.4 கோடியில் வேளாண் நுண்ணறிவு மற்றும் சந்தை மகத்துவ மையம் அமைக்கப்படும்.
• 'வான்மகள்' திட்டம் - 100 மகளிர் உட்பட 500 நபர்களுக்கு ட்ரோன் இயக்கப் பயிற்சி உரிமம், 50 பயிற்சி பெற்ற மகளிருக்கு 50 சதவீத மானியத்தில் ட்ரோன்கள் வழங்க ரூ.4 கோடி ஒதுக்கீடு செய்யப்படுகிறது.
• நன்னெறி சாகுபடி; நஞ்சற்ற உற்பத்தி; உலகளாவிய ஏற்றுமதியை ஊக்குவிக்க ரூ.8.43 கோடி ஒதுக்கீடு செய்யப்படுகிறது.
• குறைந்த நீரில் அதிக மகசூல் உறுதி செய்ய நீர் மேலாண்மைக்கான துளித் துளித் தண்ணீர் திட்டம் செயல்படுத்தப்படும். 2.2 லட்சம் ஏக்கர் நிலம், 95,000 விவசாயிகள் பலனடைவர். இதற்காக ரூ.785 கோடி ஒதுக்கீடு செய்யப்படுகிறது.
• மதிப்புக் கூட்டுதலை மேம்படுத்த 4 முதன்மை பதப்படுத்தும் நிலையங்கள், 2 சிறப்பு வணிக வளாகங்கள் கட்டமைப்பு மேம்பாடு மேற்கொள்ளப்படும். இதற்காக ரூ.3 கோடி ஒதுக்கீடு செய்யப்படுகிறது.
• 2 ஒழுங்குமுறை விற்பனைக்கூடங்களில் 1000 மெ.டன் கொள்ளளவு கொண்ட சேமிப்பு கிடங்கு வசதிகள் ஏற்படுத்த ரூ.4.80 கோடி ஒதுக்கீடு செய்யப்படுகிறது.
• ரூ.5.20 கோடி செலவில் தமிழ்நாடு விவசாயிகளின் வருமான மேம்பாட்டு ஆணையம் உருவாக்கப்படும்.
• திருக்கோவிலூர், முசிறி, காரைக்குடி, தாராபுரம்,கும்பகோணத்தில் வேளாண்மைப் பொறியியல் விரிவாக்க மற்றும் பயிற்சி மையங்கள் ரூ.4.6 கோடி செலவில் உருவாக்கப்படும்.
• 'இ-வாடகை 2.0 செயலி' மூலம் வேளாண்மைப் பொறியியல் துறையின் இயந்திரங்களை வாடகைக்கு வழங்கும் சேவையை வலுப்படுத்து 463 வேளாண் இயந்திரங்கள், கருவிகள் கொள்முதல் செய்ய ரூ.20.31 கோடி ஒதுக்கீடு
• 100 விவசாயிகளுக்கு 50% மானியத்தில் கதிரடிக்கும் களங்கள் அமைக்க ரூ.2.8 கோடி ஒதுக்கீடு செய்யப்படுகிறது.
• ரூ.41 கோடியில் தென்னை சிறப்பு திட்டம், தென்னை டானிக் பூச்சி நோய்களை உயிரியல் முறையில் கட்டுப்படுத்துதல், கரூர் மாவட்டத்தில் தென்னை நாற்றுப் பண்ணை, தமிழ்நாடு தென்னை பதப்படுத்தும் கழகம், கொப்பரைக்கு விலை ஆதரவுத் திட்டம் அரசு செயல்படுத்தவுள்ளது.
• தென்னை சார்ந்த பொருட்களுக்கு லாபகரமான விலை கிடைக்கச் செய்ய ரூ.5.30 கோடி மதிப்பீட்டில் தமிழ்நாடு தென்னை பதப்படுத்தும் கழகம் (TNCPC) அமைக்கப்படவுள்ளது.
• கடலோர மாவட்டங்களில் முன்னோடித் திட்டமாக நன்னீர் கிணறுகள் அமைத்து மிளகாய் மற்றும் கொத்தமல்லி சாகுபடிக்கு டூ.49.4 லட்சம் ஒதுக்கீடு.
• பயிர் சாகுபடி மற்றும் மதிப்புக் கூட்டுதலுக்கான 50 ஒருங்கிணைந்த வேளாண் இயந்திர வாடகை வணிக மையங்கள் ரூ.8.13 கோடி செலவில் அமைக்கப்படும்.
• 1000 விவசாயிகளுக்கு அதிகபட்ச மானியம் 80%மானியத்தில் மின்கட்டமைப்புடன் சாராத சூரிய சக்தியால் இயங்கும் பம்புசெட்டுகள் அமைக்க ரூ.23 கோடி ஒதுக்கீடு.
• மக்காச்சோளம், நிலக்கடலை, உளுந்து மற்றும் தென்னை ஆகியவற்றில் 100% மானியத்தில் 225 ஏக்கர் பரப்பளவில் தொடக்கம் முதல் இறுதி வரை இயந்திரமயமாக்குதலுக்கான செயல்விளக்கங்கள் அளிக்க ரூ.46.37 லட்சம் ஒதுக்கீடு செய்யப்படுகிறது.
• வேளாண் இயந்திரங்களைப் பழுது நீக்கி பராமரிக்கும் 15 மையங்கள் அமைத்திட 50% மானியம். இதற்காக ரூ.1.12 கோடி ஒதுக்கீடு செய்யப்படுகிறது.
• கிராம அளவிலான 50 வேளாண் இயந்திர வாடகை மையங்கள் 80% மானியத்தில் அமைக்கப்படும். இதில் மகளிர் சுய-உதவிக் குழுக்களுக்கு 30% ஒதுக்கீடு வழங்கப்படும். இதற்காக ரூ.4 கோடி ஒதுக்கீடு செய்யப்படுகிறது.
• 100% மானியத்தில் 500 பண்ணைக் குட்டைகள் உருவாக்குதல் மற்றும் 75%மானியத்தில் 500 பண்ணைக் குட்டைகளை தூர் வாருதல் மேற்கொள்ளப்படும். இதற்காக ரூ.8.5 கோடி ஒதுக்கீடு செய்யப்படுகிறது.
• கோவை தமிழ்நாடு வேளாண்மைப் பல்கலைக்கழகத்திற்கு மாணவர்களின் களப்பயிற்சிக்காக 6 புதிய பேருந்துகள் வாங்க ரூ.3 கோடி ஒதுக்கீடு செய்யப்படுகிறது.
• தஞ்சை மாவட்டம், சாக்கோட்டையில், 'நம்மாழ்வார்' " பெயரில் ஒரு புதிய உயிர்ம வேளாண்மை பட்டயப் படிப்புக் கல்லூரி ரூ.5 கோடி மதிப்பீட்டில் உருவாக்கப்படும்.
• ஆயிரம் ஏக்கர் பாசனம் பரப்பை உருவாக்கிட பொதுப்பிரிவைச் சார்ந்த 500 விவசாயிகளுக்கு ஆழ்துளை அல்லது குழாய்க் கிணறுகள் பின்னேற்பு மானியத்தில் அமைத்தல் ஆகியனவற்றிற்கு அதிகபட்ச மானியம் 60% வழங்கப்படும். இதற்காக ரூ.6 கோடி ஒதுக்கீடு செய்யப்படும்.
• வேளாண் விளைப்பொருட்களுக்கு 100 சதவீதம் பயிர்க்காப்பீடு வழங்க முடிவு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.
• வேளாண் கண்காட்சி - தொழில்நுட்பமும் பாரம்பரியமும் சங்கமிக்கும் திருவிழா ரூ.3 கோடி செலவில் நடத்தப்படும்.
• உயிர்ம உரப் பயன்பாட்டை ஊக்குவிக்க விவசாயிகளுக்கு ரூ.4000 சிறப்பு ஊக்கதொகை வழங்கப்படும்.
• மாநில அளவில் பயிர் விளைச்சல் போட்டிகள் நடத்தப்பட்டு மக்கள் சேவகர் அஞ்சலை அம்மாள் விருது வழங்கப்படும். வெற்றியாளர்களுக்கு முதல் பரிசு ரூ.2 லட்சத்து 50 ஆயிரம், இரண்டாம் பரிசு ரூ.ஒரு லட்சத்து 50 ஆயிரம், மூன்றாம் பரிசு ரூ.ஒரு லட்சம் வழங்கப்படும்.
• தகுதிகள்: சிறு, குறு விவசாயிகள் கம்பு, கேழ்வரகு, துவரை, உளுந்து, பச்சைப்பயறு மற்றும் நிலக்கடலை குறைந்தது 2 ஏக்கரில் சாகுபடி. தினை, சாமை, குதிரைவாலி மற்றும் எள் குறைந்தது 1 ஏக்கரில் சாகுபடி.செய்திருக்க வேண்டும்.
• மாவட்ட அளவில் 'வெற்றி விவசாயி விருது' வழங்கப்படும். முதல் பரிசு ரூ.50 ஆயிரம், இரண்டாம் பரிசு 25 ஆயிரம், தகுதிகள் : நெல் (இறவை & மானாவாரி) சோளம், கம்பு, மக்காசோளம், துவரை, உளுந்து, பச்சைப்பயறு, நிலக்கடலை மற்றும் பருத்தி குறைந்தது 2 ஏக்கர் சாகுபடி. செய்திருக்க வேண்டும்.
• 5 விவசாயிகளுக்கு சிறந்த உயிர்ம விவசாயிக்கான நம்மாழ்வார் விருது வழங்கப்படும். பரிசுத்தொகை ரூ.11லட்சம்
• விவசாயிகளின் அனைத்து தேவைகளுக்கும் 8 புதிய ஒருங்கிணைந்த வேளாண்மை விரிவாக்க மையங்கள் ரூ.27.82 கோடி செலவில் உருவாக்கப்படும்.
• வளமான மண்; வளமான வருங்காலம் என்பதால், மண்ணின் வளத்தை பாதுகாக்க 'தமிழ்நாடு மண்வளப் பாதுகாப்பு இயக்கம்' ரூ. 122.51 கோடி செலவில் உருவாக்கப்படும்.
• திரவ உயிர் உர உற்பத்தி மையங்களின் கட்டமைப்பை மேம்படுத்த ரூ.3.56 கோடி ஒதுக்கீடு செய்யப்படுகிறது.

• கரும்பு சாகுபடிப் பரப்பை அதிகரிக்க ரூ.9 கோடி மதிப்பீட்டில் கரும்பு சாகுபடி மேம்பாட்டுத் திட்டம் செயல்படுத்தப்படும்.
• ரூ.2 கோடி மதிப்பீட்டில் பனை பாதுகாப்பு இயக்கம் உருவாக்கப்படும். இதன் மூலம் பனை விதைகள், பனங்கன்றுகள் விநியோகம், பயிற்சி அளித்தல் மற்றும் பனைபொருள் உற்பத்திக் கூடாரங்கள் செயல்படுத்தப்படும்.
• 'வெற்றி இல்லத்தரசி வீட்டுத் தோட்டம்' - மாடித் தோட்டம் அமைக்க இடுபொருள் தொகுப்புகள், காய்கறி விதைத் தொகுப்புகள், பழச்செடித் தொகுப்புகள், நீரியல் தோட்டம், செங்குத்துத் தோட்டம், நிழல்வலைக் குடில்கள் வழங்கப்படும். இதற்காக ரூ.10 கோடி ஒதுக்கீடு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.
• தரமான விதை! வளமான விவசாயம் என்ற அடிப்படையில், நெல் விதை உற்பத்தி மற்றும் விநியோக மானியத்திற்கான மாநில அரசின் சிறப்புத் திட்டம் ரூ 34.72 கோடி செலவில் செயல்படுத்தப்படும்.
• AI உழவர் செயலி - ஒவ்வொரு உழவருக்கும் தனிப்பயன் சேவைகள் வழங்க AI அடிப்படையிலான உழவர் செயலி உருவாக்கப்பட்டு ஸ்மார்ட் வேளாண்மை குறிப்புகள் வழங்கப்படும்.
• பயறு வகைகள் மற்றும் எண்ணெய்வித்துப் பயிர்களில் தன்னிறைவுக்கான இயக்கம் ரூ.203.64 கோடி மதிப்பீட்டில் செயல்படுத்தப்படும்.
• சிறுதானியங்களின் சாகுபடிப் பரப்பு, உற்பத்தி, உற்பத்தித்திறனை அதிகரிக்க 'தமிழ்நாடு சிறுதானிய இயக்கம்' ரூ..63.81 கோடி மதிப்பீட்டில் செயல்படுத்தப்படும்.

Key highlights of the Tamil Nadu Agriculture Budget 2026-27

• TAMILNADU AGRI BUDGET 2026 - 2027: A new Agricultural Technology Research Centre will be established in Ooty, Nilgiris district, to promote toxin-free farming methods and create market opportunities for farmers' produce. An allocation of ₹5 crore has been made for this.
• ₹20 crore allocated for the renovation of farmers' markets (Uzhavar Sandhais).
• ₹2 crore allocated to install electronic price display boards in 50 farmers' markets.
• An 'Agricultural Intelligence and Market Excellence Centre' will be established at a cost of ₹4 crore.
• 'Vaanmagal' Scheme: ₹4 crore allocated to provide drone operation training and licenses to 500 individuals (including 100 women) and to supply drones at a 50% subsidy to 50 trained women.
• ₹8.43 crore allocated to promote ethical cultivation, toxin-free production, and global exports.
• A 'Drop-by-Drop Water' scheme for water management will be implemented to ensure high yields with minimal water usage. This will benefit 95,000 farmers across 2.2 lakh acres of land. An allocation of ₹785 crore has been made for this.
• Infrastructure development for 4 primary processing centres and 2 special commercial complexes will be undertaken to enhance value addition. ₹3 crore has been allocated for this purpose.
• ₹4.80 crore allocated to create storage warehouse facilities with a capacity of 1,000 metric tonnes at 2 regulated markets.
• The 'Tamil Nadu Farmers' Income Enhancement Authority' will be established at a cost of ₹5.20 crore. Agricultural Engineering Extension and Training Centres will be established at Thirukkovilur, Musiri, Karaikudi, Dharapuram, and Kumbakonam at a cost of ₹4.6 crore.
• An allocation of ₹20.31 crore has been made to procure 463 agricultural machines and implements, thereby strengthening the machinery rental service provided by the Agricultural Engineering Department through the 'e-Rent 2.0 App'.
• ₹2.8 crore has been allocated to set up threshing floors for 100 farmers with a 50% subsidy.
• The government will implement a special coconut scheme at a cost of ₹41 crore, covering initiatives such as the application of 'coconut tonic', biological control of pests and diseases, a coconut seedling nursery in Karur district, the Tamil Nadu Coconut Processing Corporation, and a price support scheme for copra.
• The Tamil Nadu Coconut Processing Corporation (TNCPC) will be established at an estimated cost of ₹5.30 crore to ensure profitable prices for coconut-based products.
• ₹49.4 lakh has been allocated for a pilot project in coastal districts to construct freshwater wells and cultivate chilli and coriander.

• Fifty village-level agricultural machinery rental centers will be established with an 80% subsidy; 30% of these will be earmarked for women's self-help groups. An allocation of Rs 4 crore is being made for this.
• The construction of 500 farm ponds (with a 100% subsidy) and the desilting of 500 farm ponds (with a 75% subsidy) will be undertaken. An allocation of Rs 8.5 crore is being made for this.

• To create an irrigation coverage of 1,000 acres, a maximum subsidy of 60% will be provided to 500 farmers (from the general category) for installing borewells or tube wells under a back-ended subsidy scheme. An allocation of ₹6 crore will be made for this purpose.
• It has been decided to provide 100% crop insurance coverage for agricultural produce.
• An agricultural exhibition—a festival where technology and tradition converge—will be organized at a cost of ₹3 crore.
• A special incentive of ₹4,000 will be provided to farmers to encourage the use of organic fertilizers.
• State-level crop yield competitions will be conducted, and the 'Makkal Sevagar Anjalai Ammal Award' will be presented. Winners will receive a first prize of ₹2.50 lakh, a second prize of ₹1.50 lakh, and a third prize of ₹1 lakh.
• Eligibility: Small and marginal farmers must have cultivated crops such as pearl millet (kambu), finger millet (kezhvaragu), red gram (thuvarai), black gram (ulundhu), green gram (pachaipayaru), and groundnut on a minimum of 2 acres; or foxtail millet (thinai), little millet (samai), barnyard millet (kuthiraivali), and sesame (ellu) on a minimum of 1 acre.
• The 'Successful Farmer Award' will be presented at the district level. The first prize is ₹50,000, and the second prize is ₹25,000. Eligibility criteria include the cultivation of at least 2 acres of crops such as paddy (irrigated & rain-fed), sorghum, pearl millet, maize, red gram, black gram, green gram, groundnut, or cotton.
• Five farmers will receive the 'Nammalvar Award' for excellence in organic farming; the prize money totals ₹11 lakh.
• Eight new Integrated Agricultural Extension Centres will be established at a cost of ₹27.82 crore to cater to all the needs of farmers.
• Recognizing that healthy soil ensures a prosperous future, the 'Tamil Nadu Soil Health Protection Mission' will be launched at a cost of ₹122.51 crore to preserve soil fertility.
• An allocation of ₹3.56 crore is being made to upgrade the infrastructure of liquid bio-fertilizer production centres.
• ₹7.1 crore is allocated to set up three new seed processing units to enhance seed processing capacity.
• A subsidy for seed cane will be provided for 17,315 acres, with an allocation of ₹9.36 crore
• A sugarcane cultivation development scheme, valued at ₹9 crore, will be implemented to increase the area under sugarcane cultivation.
• A 'Palm Protection Mission' will be launched at a cost of ₹2 crore. This initiative will facilitate the distribution of palm seeds and saplings, provide training, and establish production units for palm-based products.
• Under the 'Vetri Homemaker's Home Garden' initiative, inputs, vegetable seed kits, fruit sapling kits, and facilities for hydroponics, vertical gardening, and shade-net houses will be provided. An allocation of ₹10 crore has been made for this purpose.
• Quality seeds! To foster prosperous agriculture, a special State Government scheme for paddy seed production and distribution subsidies will be implemented at a cost of ₹34.72 crore.
• AI-based Farmers' App – An AI-driven app will be developed to provide personalized services and smart farming tips to every farmer.
• A mission to achieve self-sufficiency in pulses and oilseeds will be implemented at an estimated cost of ₹203.64 crore.
• The 'Tamil Nadu Millets Mission' will be implemented at an estimated cost of ₹63.81 crore to increase the cultivation area, production, and productivity of millets.
