• ஊழலுக்கான சாத்தியக்கூறு குறியீடு (சி.பி.ஐ) 2026 / CORRUPTION PERCEPTIONS INDEX (CPI) 2025: உலக நாடுகளில் ஊழல் எந்தளவுக்கு தாக்கத்தை ஏற்படுத்துகிறது என்பதைப் பற்றி ‘ஊழலுக்கான சாத்தியக்கூறு குறியீடு (சி.பி.ஐ.)’ எனும் பெயரில் ஆய்வு செய்து முடிவுகளை வெளியிடும் ஜெர்மனியைச் சேர்ந்த சர்வதேச நிறுவனமான ‘ட்ரான்ஸ்பரன்சி இண்டெர்நேஷனல் (டி.ஐ.)’ எடுத்த 2025-ஆம் ஆண்டுக்கான ஆய்வு முடிவுகள் செவ்வாய்க்கிழமை(பிப். 10) வெளியிடப்பட்டன.
• அதில், கடந்த பத்தாண்டுகளில் இல்லாத அளவுக்கு சராசரி மதிப்பெண் குறைவாகப் பதிவாகியிருப்பதை கவலைக்குரிய விஷயமாகச் சுட்டிக்காட்டப்பட்டுள்ளது. 
• இந்த ஆய்வில், மொத்தம் 100 மதிப்பெண்களுக்கு ஒவ்வொரு நாடும் பெறும் மதிப்பெண் அடிப்படையில், அவை அதிக மதிப்பெண் பெற்றால் அரசு நிர்வாகத்தில் ஊழல் குறைவாக இருப்பதாகக் கருதி, பட்டியலில் முன்னிலையும், குறைந்த மதிப்பெண் பெற்றால் ஊழல் மலிந்த நாடுகளாகப் பட்டியலில் பின்தங்கியும் வரையறுக்கப்படுகின்றன.
• அந்த வகையில், டென்மார்க் 89 புள்ளிகளுடன் முதலிடமும், அதற்கடுத்தடுத்த இடங்களில் ஃபின்லாந்து, சிங்கப்பூர் சிறந்த நாடுகளாக திகழ்கின்றன. 
• மேற்கண்ட 3 நாடுகளும் தொடர்ந்து முன்னிலை பெற்று சர்வதேச சமூகத்துக்குச் சிறந்த உதாரணமாகத் திகழ்ந்து வருவதும் குறிப்பிடத்தக்கது.
• கடைசி மூன்று இடங்களில், தெற்கு சூடான், சோமாலியா மற்றும் வெனிசுவேலா ஆகிய நாடுகள் உள்ளன. ஆய்வுக்குட்படுத்தப்பட்ட மொத்தமுள்ள 182 நாடுகள் மற்றும் பிராந்தியங்களில், 122 நாடுகள் நூற்றுக்கு 50க்கும் குறைவான மதிப்பெண்கள் பெற்றிருப்பதைச் சுட்டிக்காட்டும் ஆய்வு முடிவுகள், இதன்மூலம், ஊழலைக் கட்டுப்படுத்த பெரும்பாலான நாடுகள் திணறுவதை குறிக்கிறது.
• 2025-ஆம் ஆண்டுக்கான ஆய்வில், 5 நாடுகள் மட்டுமே 80க்கும் மேல் மதிப்பெண்கள் பெற்றிருப்பதும், கடந்த பத்தாண்டு காலகட்டத்துடன் ஒப்பிடுகையில், 12 ஆக இருந்த இந்த எண்ணிக்கையில் சரிவு ஏற்பட்டிருப்பதும் கவலைக்குரிய விஷயமாகவே சுட்டிக்காட்டப்படுகிறது.
• ‘ஊழலுக்கான சாத்தியக்கூறு குறியீடு (சி.பி.ஐ.)’ 2025 ஆய்வில் உலகளாவிய சராசரி மதிப்பெண் அளவுகோல் 42-ஆக நிர்ணயிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. 
• ஆனால், இந்தியா, பாகிஸ்தான, வங்கதேசம் உள்ளிட்ட ஆசிய நாடுகள் சராசரிக்கும் கீழ் புள்ளிகளைப் பெற்று பின்தங்கியே நீடிக்கின்றன. இந்தியா நூற்றுக்கு 39 மதிப்பெண் பெற்று 91-ஆவது இடத்தில் உள்ளது.

• CORRUPTION PERCEPTIONS INDEX (CPI) 2025: The results of the 2025 study conducted by Transparency International (TI), a German-based international organization that studies and publishes the results of the Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI) on the impact of corruption on countries around the world, were released on Tuesday (Feb. 10).
• It has been pointed out that the average score has been recorded as low as it has not been in the past decade as a matter of concern. In this study, based on the score obtained by each country out of a total of 100 points, if they score high, they are considered to have low corruption in government administration and are defined as countries with low corruption and are defined as countries with low corruption.
• In that regard, Denmark is at the top with 89 points, followed by Finland and Singapore. It is also noteworthy that the above three countries continue to take the lead and set a good example for the international community.
• The last three places are occupied by South Sudan, Somalia and Venezuela. The study results indicate that out of a total of 182 countries and territories surveyed, 122 countries scored below 50 out of 100, indicating that most countries are struggling to control corruption.
• It is a matter of concern that only 5 countries scored above 80 in the 2025 study, a decline from 12 in the previous decade.
• The global average score in the ‘Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI)’ 2025 study is set at 42. However, Asian countries including India, Pakistan and Bangladesh continue to lag behind, scoring below the average. India is ranked 91st with a score of 39 out of 100.
