ஆதரவற்ற மற்றும் கைவிடப்பட்ட முதியோர்களுக்காக முதியோர் இல்லங்கள், ஒருங்கிணைந்த வளாக இல்லங்கள், நடமாடும் மருத்துவ அலகுகள் மற்றும் ஓய்வூதியத் திட்டங்கள் உள்ளிட்ட மூத்த குடிமக்களுக்கான பல்வேறு நலத்திட்டங்களை தமிழ்நாடு அரசு செயல்படுத்தி வருகிறது.
முதியவர்கள் அமைதியான, கண்ணியமான மற்றும் நிறைவான வாழ்க்கையை நடத்துவதை உறுதிசெய்து, அத்தியாவசிய வசதிகளை வழங்குவதே இத்திட்டங்களின் நோக்கம் ஆகும்.
அன்புச்சோலை மையங்கள்
அன்புச்சோலை திட்டம் / ANBUCHOLAI SCHEME: ஆதரவற்ற மற்றும் கைவிடப்பட்ட முதியோர்களுக்காக முதியோர் இல்லங்கள், ஒருங்கிணைந்த வளாக இல்லங்கள், நடமாடும் மருத்துவ அலகுகள் மற்றும் ஓய்வூதியத் திட்டங்கள் உள்ளிட்ட மூத்த குடிமக்களுக்கான பல்வேறு நலத்திட்டங்களைத் திராவிட மாடல் அரசு தீவிரமாகச் செயல்படுத்தி வருகிறது.
தற்போது தொடங்கப்படும் "அன்புச்சோலை முதியோர் மனமகிழ் வள மையங்கள்" திட்டம் மூத்த குடிமக்களின் ஆரோக்கியமான வளர்ச்சியில் கவனம் செலுத்தும் வகையில் சமூக மையங்களாகச் செயல்படும்.
மதுரை, கோவை, திருச்சி, சேலம், திருப்பூர், ஈரோடு, தூத்துக்குடி, வேலூர், தஞ்சாவூர், திண்டுக்கல் ஆகிய 10 மாநகராட்சிகளில் தலா இரண்டு வீதம் 20 அன்புச்சோலைகள், தொழில்துறை மாவட்டங்களான இராணிப்பேட்டையிலும் கிருஷ்ணகிரியிலும் 2 அன்புச்சோலைகள், பெருநகர சென்னை மாநகராட்சியில் தண்டையார்பேட்டை, சோழிங்கநல்லூர், விருகம்பாக்கம் ஆகிய இடங்களில் 3 அன்புச்சோலைகள் என மொத்தம் 25 "அன்புச்சோலை" மையங்கள் ரூ.10 கோடி மதிப்பீட்டில் தொடங்கப்பட்டு பொழுதுபோக்கு அம்சங்கள், யோகா, நூலகம் மற்றும் தேவையான திறன் மேம்பாடு வழங்கப்படுகின்றன.

அன்புச்சோலை திட்டம் / ANBUCHOLAI SCHEME: அன்புச்சோலை திட்டம், முதியோர்கள் மதிக்கும் தமிழ்ப் பாரம்பரியத்தைப் பிரதிபலிக்கிறது. குடும்பங்கள் முதன்மைப் பராமரிப்பாளர்களாகத் தொடர்வதற்கு அரசாங்கம் இத்திட்டத்தின் மூலம் துணைபுரிகிறது.
வழங்கப்படும் சேவைகள்
அன்புச்சோலை திட்டம் / ANBUCHOLAI SCHEME: அன்புச்சோலை மையம் மூத்த குடிமக்கள் நலன் கருதி பல்வேறு அம்சங்கள் கொண்டு, தமிழ்நாடு அரசின் நிதியுதவியுடன் பகலில் மட்டும் இயங்கும் மையமாகச் செயல்படும். ஒவ்வொரு மையமும் குறைந்தபட்சம் 50 மூத்த குடிமக்கள் பயன்பெறும் வகையில் போதிய இடவசதி, போதுமான உட்கட்டமைப்பு வசதிகளைக் கொண்டிருக்கும்.
இந்தப் பகல்நேரப் பராமரிப்பு மையங்களில், முதியவர்கள் தோழமை மற்றும் அர்த்தமுள்ள செயல்பாடுகளில் ஈடுபடலாம். அன்புச்சோலை மையங்களுக்கு முதியோர்கள் சென்றுவர போக்குவரத்து வசதியுள்ள இடங்களில்தான் அமைக்கப்படுகின்றன.

அன்புச்சோலை திட்டம் / ANBUCHOLAI SCHEME: அன்புச்சோலை மையங்களுக்கு வருகை தரும் முதியவர்களுக்குத் தன்னார்வத் தொண்டு நிறுவனங்களின் ஆதரவுடன் மதிய உணவு மற்றும் சிற்றுண்டி வழங்கப்படும்.
தகுதி வாய்ந்த பராமரிப்பாளர்கள் மற்றும் இயன்முறை சிகிச்சையாளர்கள் பணியமர்த்தப்பட்டு முதியோரின் விரிவான பராமரிப்பு உறுதி செய்யப்படும்.
அன்புச்சோலை மூலமாக, முதியோர் குடும்பப் பிணைப்பைத் தொடர்ந்தே, பாதுகாப்பான சூழலில், அர்த்தமுள்ளதாக பகல் நேரங்களைக் கழிக்க முடியும்.

அன்புச்சோலை திட்டம் / ANBUCHOLAI SCHEME: தமிழ்நாட்டில் சமூக நலன் மற்றும் மகளிர் உரிமைத்துறை சார்பில் மூத்த குடிமக்களின் ஒட்டுமொத்த நல்வாழ்வை உறுதி செய்வதற்காக ஒரு மாநகராட்சியில் இரண்டு அன்புச் சோலைகள் வீதம், மதுரை, கோயம்புத்தூர், திருச்சிராப்பள்ளி, சேலம், திருப்பூர், ஈரோடு, தூத்துக்குடி, வேலூர், தஞ்சாவூர் மற்றும் திண்டுக்கல் ஆகிய 10 மாநகராட்சிகளில் 20 அன்புச் சோலைகள் அமைக்கப்படுகின்றன.
மேலும், 2 தொழில்துறை மாவட்டங்களான இராணிப்பேட்டை மற்றும் கிருஷ்ணகிரி, பெருநகர மாநகராட்சியான சென்னையில் தண்டையார்பேட்டை, சோழிங்கநல்லூர் மற்றும் விருகம்பாக்கம் ஆகிய மூன்று இடங்களில் ”அன்புச்சோலை” மையங்கள் தொடங்கப்பட்டு, இயன்முறை மருத்துவ சேவைகள் (Physiotherapy), யோகா, பொழுதுபோக்கு அம்சங்கள் மற்றும் நூலகம் போன்றவை வழங்கப்படவுள்ளன.

அன்புச்சோலை திட்டம் / ANBUCHOLAI SCHEME: முதியோருக்கு வழங்கப்படும் இயன்முறை மருத்துவ சேவைகள், பொழுதுபோக்கு, திறன் மேம்பாடு நிகழ்வுகள் மூலம் மனமும், உடலும் சுறுசுறுப்புடன் இருக்கச் செய்தல், முதியோர் ஒருவருடன் ஒருவர் தொடர்பு கொண்டு, சமூக உறவுகளை வலுப்படுத்துதல், ஆண், பெண் இருவரும் வேலை பார்க்கும் குடும்பங்களுக்கு, அவர்களது மூத்த உறுப்பினர்கள் பாதுகாப்பாக பராமரிக்கப்படுவதை உறுதி செய்தல் ஆகியவற்றை நோக்கமாக கொண்டு அன்புச் சோலை மையங்கள் செயல்படும்.
அன்புசோலையின் சமூக நோக்கம்
அன்புச்சோலை திட்டம் / ANBUCHOLAI SCHEME: அன்புச்சோலை திட்டமானது, முதியோர்களை போற்றும் தமிழ் பாரம்பரியத்தை பிரதிபலிப்பதோடு, முதியோர்களின் பாதுகாப்பையும், நன்முறையில் பராமரிப்பதையும் உறுதி செய்வதால் அவர்களது குடும்பத்தினருக்கு மன அமைதியை ஏற்படுத்துகிறது.
இதனால் முழுமையான நிறுவனம் சார்ந்த பராமரிப்பு தேவையை குறைத்தும், குடும்ப பிணைப்பை வலுப்படுத்தவும் உதவுகிறது.
மேலும், வேலைக்கு செல்ல ஆர்வமுள்ள பெண்கள், தங்கள் வீட்டிலுள்ள முதியோர்களை பகல் நேரங்களில் பராமரிக்க இயலாததால் வேலைக்கு செல்ல இயலாத நிலையுள்ளது.
எனவே, வேலைக்கு செல்லும் பெண்களுக்காகவும், வேலைக்கு செல்ல ஆர்வமுள்ள பெண்களுக்காகவும், அவர்களது வீட்டு முதியவர்களுக்கு தனிமையில்லாமல் நேரத்தை சிறந்த முறையில் செலவு செய்து, மகிழ்வாக வாழ வழிவகை செய்யும் நோக்கத்தோடும் இம்மையங்கள் உருவாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.
மூத்த குடிமக்களின் நல்வாழ்வை மேம்படுத்துவதற்காக திருச்சிராப்பள்ளியில் இன்றையதினம் நடைபெற்ற நிகழ்ச்சியில், 25 அன்புச்சோலை மையங்களை காணொலி வாயிலாக மாண்புமிகு தமிழ்நாடு முதலமைச்சர் அவர்கள் தொடங்கி வைத்து, மூத்த குடிமக்களுக்கு மகளிர் சுயஉதவிக் குழுவினரால் தயாரிக்கப்பட்ட சிறுதானிய உணவு வகைகள் மற்றும் சத்துமாவு கொண்ட பெட்டகங்களை வழங்கி, அவர்களுடன் கலந்துரையாடி, கேரம் விளையாடினார்.

ANBUCHOLAI SCHEME: Through the Department of Social Welfare and Women's Rights, various welfare schemes and laws are being implemented through this department to protect children, women, students, transgenders and the elderly.
The Tamil Nadu government is implementing various welfare schemes for senior citizens, including old age homes, integrated complex homes, mobile medical units and pension schemes for the destitute and abandoned elderly. The aim of these schemes is to ensure that the elderly lead a peaceful, dignified and fulfilling life and provide essential facilities.
Anbucholai Centers
ANBUCHOLAI SCHEME: The Dravidian model government is actively implementing various welfare schemes for senior citizens, including old age homes, integrated complex homes, mobile medical units and pension schemes for the destitute and abandoned elderly.
The "Anbucholai Senior Citizens' Leisure Resource Centers" project, which is being launched now, will function as social centers focusing on the healthy development of senior citizens.
A total of 25 "Anbucholai" centers have been started at an estimated cost of Rs. 10 crore, including 20 Anbucholais, two each in 10 Municipal Corporations namely Madurai, Coimbatore, Trichy, Salem, Tiruppur, Erode, Thoothukudi, Vellore, Thanjavur and Dindigul, 2 Anbucholais in the industrial districts of Ranipet and Krishnagiri, and 3 Anbucholais in Thandaiyarpet, Sholinganallur and Virugambakkam in the Greater Chennai Corporation, providing recreational facilities, yoga, library and necessary skill development.
The Anbucholai project reflects the Tamil tradition that is respected by the elderly. Through this project, the government is supporting families to continue as the primary caregivers.
Services Provided
ANBUCHOLAI SCHEME: The Anbucholai Centre will operate as a day care centre with various features for the welfare of senior citizens, funded by the Government of Tamil Nadu.
Each centre will have adequate space and adequate infrastructure to cater to at least 50 senior citizens. In these day care centres, senior citizens can engage in companionship and meaningful activities. The Anbucholai centres will be set up in places where transportation is available for senior citizens.
Reflecting the vision of the government
ANBUCHOLAI SCHEME: The senior citizens visiting the Anbucholai centres will be provided with lunch and snacks with the support of voluntary organisations. Qualified carers and physiotherapists will be deployed to ensure comprehensive care of the senior citizens.
Through Anbucholai, senior citizens can spend their day in a meaningful way while maintaining family ties, in a safe environment.
"Love Solai" Centres for Senior Citizens
ANBUCHOLAI SCHEME: In Tamil Nadu, the Department of Social Welfare and Women's Rights is setting up 20 Love Solais in 10 Municipal Corporations, two in each of them, namely Madurai, Coimbatore, Tiruchirappalli, Salem, Tiruppur, Erode, Thoothukudi, Vellore, Thanjavur and Dindigul, to ensure the overall well-being of senior citizens.
Furthermore, "Love Solai" Centres have been set up in two industrial districts, namely Iranipet and Krishnagiri, and three locations in the Metropolitan Corporation of Chennai, namely Thandaiyarpet, Sholinganallur and Virugambakkam, to provide physiotherapy, yoga, recreational facilities and a library.
Key Objectives of Anbu Solai
ANBUCHOLAI SCHEME: The Anbu Solai Centers will operate with the aim of keeping the mind and body active through physical and mental health services, entertainment, and skill development activities provided to the elderly, strengthening social relationships through interaction between the elderly, and ensuring that their senior members are cared for safely by working families of both men and women.
The Social Objective of Anbu Solai
ANBUCHOLAI SCHEME: The Anbu Solai program reflects the Tamil tradition of respecting the elderly and ensures the safety and proper care of the elderly, thereby providing peace of mind to their families. This reduces the need for full-time institutional care and helps strengthen family bonds.
Moreover, women who are interested in going to work are unable to go to work because they are unable to care for the elderly in their homes during the day.
Therefore, these centers have been created for working women and women who are interested in going to work with the aim of providing a way for the elderly in their homes to spend their time in a better way and live happily without loneliness.
