Chief Minister M.K. Stalin inaugurated Kolathur Colored Fish Trading Center
- Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin today (11.10.2025) inaugurated the Kolathur Colored Fish Trading Center, which has been built to international standards for the first time in India at a cost of Rs. 53 crores in Villivakkam, Sivasakthi Nagar, Chennai under the North Chennai Development Project on behalf of the Chennai Metropolitan Development Corporation.
- The Kolathur Colored Fish Trading Center, built on a land area of 15,945 square meters and a building area of 11,650 square meters at a cost of Rs. 53 crores, has a total of 188 shops, including 5 restaurants, on the ground and two floors (G+2), and was inaugurated by the Hon'ble Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu today for the use of colored fish producers and sellers.
