மின்மதி 2.0 / MINMATHI 2.0: தமிழ்நாடு துணை முதலமைச்சர் உதயநிதி ஸ்டாலின் அவர்கள் (10.1.2025) தலைமைச் செயலகத்தில், மகளிர் சுய உதவிக் குழுக்கள் நிர்வாக மேலாண்மை, நிதி மேலாண்மை உள்ளிட்டவற்றில் சிறப்பாக செயல்பட தமிழ்நாடு மகளிர் மேம்பாட்டு நிறுவனத்தின் சார்பில், உருவாக்கப்பட்டுள்ள "மின்மதி 2.0" கைபேசி செயலியை தொடங்கி வைத்து, புதிய வடிவமைப்பு மற்றும் மக்களை கவரும் உள்ளடக்கத்துடன் உருவாக்கப்பட்டுள்ள தமிழ்நாடு மகளிர் மேம்பாட்டு முற்றம் இதழினை வெளியிட்டார்.
பெண்கள் பொருளாதார சுதந்திரம் அடைய வேண்டும் என்பதற்காக 1989-ல் முத்தமிழறிஞர் கலைஞர் அவர்களால் உருவாக்கப்பட்ட மகளிர் சுய உதவிக்குழுவினர் தமிழ்நாடு முதலமைச்சர் அவர்களின் சீரிய தலைமையிலான திராவிட மாடல் அரசினால் ஏற்றம் பெற்று மிகப்பெரிய அளவில் வளர்ச்சி அடைந்துள்ளனர்.
தமிழ்நாடு மகளிர் மேம்பாட்டு நிறுவனத்தின் வழிகாட்டுதலில் செயல்படும் ஊரக மற்றும் நகர்ப்புறப் பகுதிகளில் உள்ள மகளிர் சுய உதவிக் குழு உறுப்பினர்களுக்கு திறன் மேம்பாட்டிற்கான அடிப்படைப் பயிற்சிகள் நேரடியாக சிறப்பான முறையில் வழங்கப்பட்டு வருகிறது.
சுய உதவிக் குழுக்களின் நிர்வாகத்திறனையும், நிதி மேலாண்மை திறனையும் மேம்படுத்துவதற்காக மின்கற்றல் தள (e-Learning platform) அடிப்படையில் ''மின்மதி 2.0" கைபேசி செயலி உருவாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
இந்த செயலி மூலமாக நிர்வாக மேலாண்மை, நிதி மேலாண்மை, நிதி உள்ளாக்கம், வாழ்வாதாரம், சமுதாயம் சார்ந்த அமைப்புகள், அரசுத் திட்டங்கள் போன்ற தலைப்புகளில் உரிய பயிற்சிகளை கேட்பொலி மற்றும் காணொளி வழியாக வழங்கப்பட உள்ளது.
சுய உதவிக் குழு உறுப்பினர்கள் அனைவரும் நேரடியாக தங்களுடைய கைபேசி மூலம் பல்வேறு தலைப்புகளில் தேவையான தகவல்களைக் காணவும், கற்கவும் வசதிகள் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளன.
மேலும் தமிழ்நாடு மகளிர் மேம்பாட்டு நிறுவனத்தின் சமுதாய வளப் பயிற்றுநர்களின் திறனை மேம்படுத்தவும் இந்த செயலி மூலம் பயிற்சி வழங்கப்பட உள்ளதுடன், தேர்வானவர்களுக்கு மின் சான்றிதழ் (E-Certificate) வழங்கும் வகையில் "மின்மதி 2.0" கைபேசி செயலி அமைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
"மின்மதி 2.0" கைபேசி செயலியானது தமிழ்நாடு மகளிர் மேம்பாட்டு நிறுவனத்தால் தனித்தனியாக செயல்படுத்தப்பட்டு வந்த மென்பொருட்கள் மற்றும் செயலிகள் அனைத்தும் இணைக்கப்பட்டு, ஒருங்கிணைந்த மின்னணு தளமாக உருவாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
மேலும், தமிழ்நாடு மகளிர் மேம்பாட்டு நிறுவனத்தின் திட்டங்கள் மற்றும் செயல்பாடுகள் குறித்த விபரங்களைத் மகளிர் சுய உதவிக் குழுவினருக்கு தெரிவிக்க முற்றம் சங்கம் தோற்றுவிக்கப்பட்டு, 1998ஆம் ஆண்டு முதல் தமிழ்நாடு மகளிர் மேம்பாட்டு முற்றம் மாத இதழ் மாதந்தோறும் சிறந்த முறையில் வெளியிடப்பட்டு வருகிறது. முதலில் 10,000 பிரதிகளுடன் வெளியிடப்பட்டு வந்த முற்றம் மாத இதழ் தற்போது சுமார் 1 இலட்சத்திற்கும் மேற்பட்ட சந்தாதாரர்களை கொண்டுள்ளது.
சுய உதவிக் குழு மகளிரை மட்டுமே வாசகராகக் கொண்டுள்ள முற்றம் இதழானது, அனைத்துத் தரப்பினரையும் சென்றடையும் இதழாக வெளியிட வேண்டும் என்ற நோக்கத்தில், முற்றம் இதழை புதிய பொலிவுடனும், சிறந்த வடிவமைப்புடனும், அனைத்துத் தரப்பினரும் விரும்பும் பயனுள்ள செய்திகளை உள்ளடக்கிய இதழாக வெளியிடச் செய்ய நடவடிக்கை மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டது.
அதனடிப்படையில் தற்போது புதிய பொலிவுடனும், நேர்த்தியான வடிவமைப்புடனும், பயனுள்ள செய்திகள், மக்களைக் கவரும் உள்ளடக்கம் ஆகியவற்றைக் கொண்ட இதழாக தமிழ்நாடு மகளிர் மேம்பாட்டு முற்றம் இதழ் உருவாக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

MINMATHI 2.0: Tamil Nadu Deputy Chief Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin (10.1.2025) launched the "Minmathi 2.0" mobile application developed by the Tamil Nadu Women's Development Corporation at the Secretariat to help women's self-help groups function better in administrative management, financial management, etc., and released the Tamil Nadu Women's Development Muthram magazine, which has a new design and appealing content.
Women's self-help groups, formed by Mutthamizhar Kalaignar in 1989 to ensure women's economic independence, have grown tremendously under the Dravidian model government under the leadership of the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu.
Basic training for skill development is being provided directly to the members of women's self-help groups in rural and urban areas, operating under the guidance of the Tamil Nadu Women's Development Corporation, in an excellent manner.
To improve the administrative and financial management skills of Self-Help Groups, the ''Minmathi 2.0'' mobile application has been developed based on an e-Learning platform.
Through this application, relevant training on topics such as administrative management, financial management, financial integration, livelihood, community-based organizations, government schemes, etc. will be provided through audio and video.
All the members of the Self-Help Group will be provided with facilities to view and learn the necessary information on various topics directly through their mobile phones.
Furthermore, training will be provided through this application to improve the skills of the community resource trainers of the Tamil Nadu Women's Development Corporation, and the ''Minmathi 2.0'' mobile application has been set up to provide e-certificates to the selected candidates.
The ''Minmathi 2.0'' mobile application has been created by connecting all the software and applications that were implemented separately by the Tamil Nadu Women's Development Corporation and creating an integrated electronic platform.
Furthermore, the Muthram Association was formed to inform the women's self-help groups about the schemes and activities of the Tamil Nadu Women's Development Institute, and since 1998, the Tamil Nadu Women's Development Muthram Monthly Magazine has been published in a good manner every month. Initially published with 10,000 copies, Muthram Monthly Magazine currently has more than 1 lakh subscribers.
With the aim of publishing Muthram Magazine, which has only women in self-help groups as its readers, as a magazine that reaches all sections of society, steps were taken to publish Muthram Magazine with a new look, a better design, and a magazine that includes useful news that all sections of society want.
Based on that, now the Tamil Nadu Women's Development Muthram Magazine has been created as a magazine with a new look, a better design, and useful news and content that attracts people.
