Chief Minister M.K. Stalin released the Murugan Conference Maganize
- At a function held at the Chennai Secretariat on Saturday, Chief Minister M.K. Stalin released the International Muthamiz Murugan Conference - Palani 2024 special Maganizeprepared by the Hindu Religious Endowments Department on the occasion of the International Muthamiz Murugan Conference held in Palani on August 24 and 25 last year.
- It was decided to hold the International Muthamiz Murugan Conference in Palani, one of the six abodes, so that devotees of Lord Murugan from all over the world would know the glory of the Tamil God, Lord Murugan. Accordingly, prominent personalities and devotees of Lord Murugan from India and abroad participated in the conference in Palani on August 24 and 25, 2024.
- This conference was a milestone in the history of the Hindu Religious Endowments Department and was held in a manner that further glorified the glory of the Tamil God Muruga and made Muruga devotees around the world feel proud and honored.
- The Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi today inaugurated the Rural Bharat Mahotsav 2025 at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi. The theme of this festival is to create a resilient rural India for a developed India 2047.

- ISRO has created a record by germinating seeds in space. ISRO scientists were planning to conduct a study on growing plants in space. Following this, ISRO's PSLV, C60 rocket, took off from the launch pad of Andhra Pradesh Space Centre at 10:00 pm on December 30.
- The Spadex-A satellite was placed in a circular orbit at an altitude of 476.87 km. ISRO scientists sent the seeds on this PSLV-C60 rocket. The lentil seed has germinated within 4 days of the rocket launch. ISRO has posted on the X site that it is expected that the seed will grow well and form leaves in the coming days.
