• 2024-ம் ஆண்டில் மருந்தியல், ரசாயனம், உரத்துறை அமைச்சகத்தின் செயல்பாடுகள் / KEY INITIATIVES & ACHIEVEMENTS OF MINISTRY OF CHEMICAL AND FERTILIZERS IN 2024: இந்த ஆண்டில் ரசாயனம், உரத்துறை அமைச்சகத்தின் கீழ் உள்ள மருந்து உற்பத்தித் துறையின் முக்கிய சாதனைகள் பின்வருமாறு பிரதமரின் மக்கள் ஆரோக்கியத் திட்டம் என்பது அத்துறையின் முன்னோடித் திட்டமாகும். 
• இதன் மூலம் தரமான மருந்துகள், மலிவு விலையில் மக்கள்மருந்தக மையங்கள் வாயிலாக விற்பனை செய்யப்படுகின்றன. இந்த திட்டம் நாட்டின் மருந்துகள் மற்றும் மருத்துவ சாதனங்களின் உற்பத்தியை அதிகரிக்க உதவுகிறது. 30.11.2024 நிலவரப்படி, நாடு முழுவதும் மொத்தம் 14,320 மக்கள் மருந்தகங்கள் திறக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.
• தரமான மருந்துகள், அறுவை சிகிச்சைக்கான உபகரணங்கள், மருத்துவ நுகர் பொருட்கள் சாதனங்கள் குறைந்த நோயாளிகளின் மருத்து செலவுகளைக் குறைக்க முடியும்.
• பொதுவான மருந்துகளின் பெயர்களை மக்களிடையே பிரபலப்படுத்துவதன் மூலம் அவை, குறைந்த விலையில் தரமானதாக கிடைக்க வகை செய்கிறது. இத்தகைய பொதுப் பெயரிலான மருந்துகள் தரம் தரம் குறைந்தவை அல்லது குறைந்த செயல்திறன் கொண்டவை என்ற பரவலான கருத்தை அகற்றுதல்.
• மக்கள் மருந்தக மையங்களைத் தொடங்கி நடத்துவதில் தனிப்பட்ட தொழில்முனைவோரை ஈடுபடுத்துவதன் மூலம் வேலைவாய்ப்புகளை உருவாக்குதல்.
• மக்கள் மருந்தக உரிமையாளர்களுக்கு குறிப்பிட்ட மருந்துகளின் கையிருப்பை பராமரிப்பது போன்ற சில நிபந்தனைகளுக்குட்பட்டு, மாதம்தோறும் ரூ.20,000 வரை செய்யப்படும் கொள்முதல்களில் @20% வரை ஊக்கத்தொகை வழங்கப்படுகிறது.
• வடகிழக்கு மாநிலங்கள், இமயமலைப் பகுதிகள், தீவுப் பகுதிகள் மற்றும் பின்தங்கிய பகுதிகளில் (மாற்றத்தை விரும்பும் மாவட்டங்கள்) திறக்கப்படும் மலிவு விலை மக்கள் மருந்தகங்களுக்குத் தேவையான அறைகலன்கள், சாதனங்கள் வாங்குவதற்கு உதவியாக ஒருமுறை மட்டுமே வழங்கப்படும் ஊக்கத் தொகையாக ரூ.2.00 இலட்சம் வழங்கப்படுகிறது.

• KEY INITIATIVES & ACHIEVEMENTS OF MINISTRY OF CHEMICAL AND FERTILIZERS IN 2024: The major achievements of the Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Sector under the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers during the year are as follows: Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana is the flagship scheme of the sector.
• Through this, quality medicines are being sold at affordable prices through Jan Arogya Centers. This scheme helps in increasing the production of medicines and medical devices in the country. As on 30.11.2024, a total of 14,320 Jan Arogya Centers have been opened across the country.
• Quality medicines, surgical equipment, medical consumables can reduce the medical expenses of patients who are short of equipment.
• By popularizing the names of generic medicines among the people, they are made available at low prices. To remove the widespread perception that such generic medicines are of poor quality or less effective.
• To create employment opportunities by involving individual entrepreneurs in starting and running Jan Arogya Centers.
• Janakpuri pharmacy owners are provided with an incentive of up to 20% on monthly purchases of up to Rs. 20,000, subject to certain conditions such as maintaining a stock of specified medicines.
• A one-time incentive of Rs. 2.00 lakh is provided to affordable Janakpuri pharmacies opened in North-Eastern States, Himalayan regions, island regions and backward areas (districts seeking transformation) to help them purchase necessary furniture and equipment.
