10th Phase of Excavation at Geezadi - Chief Minister Stalin inaugurated
  • The Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu inaugurated the tenth phase of excavation work in Sivagangai District Tiruppuvanam Circle Keezadi today at 11.20 am from Chennai through video presentation.
  • Till now, Central Government Excavation Department in three phases and Tamil Nadu Archeology Department in six phases were carrying out nine phases of excavation work in Keezadi.
  • The tenth phase of excavation work was scheduled to begin in February, but due to the Lok Sabha elections, there was a delay. In this situation, it has been reported that the tenth phase of the excavation work, which started this morning, will take place for one year.
  • District Collector Asha Ajith, Lok Sabha Member Karthi Chidambaram, Manamadurai Legislative Assembly Member Tamilarasi Ravikumar and others participated in the program held at Geezadi today.
