Madrasa Education Act - Supreme Court Verdict
- The Allahabad High Court ruled that the Madrasa Education Act, 2004, where Islamic students are educated in the state of Uttar Pradesh, is unconstitutional. In this situation, a petition was filed in the Supreme Court against the decision of the Allahabad High Court.
- T.Y. heard this case in the Supreme Court today. The Supreme Court has granted an interim stay on the Allahabad High Court judgment which struck down the Madrasa Education Act, 2024, headed by a bench headed by Chandrachud.
- Sutlej Jal Vidyut Nigam (SJVN) has won two Vishwakarma Awards of the 15th Maharashtra City and Industrial Development Corporation organized by the Construction Industry Development Council.
- Mr Baljeet Singh, Chief General Manager (HR) received the awards on behalf of SJVN at a function held at the India Habitat Center in New Delhi.
