• இந்தியாவில் பெண்கள் வேலைவாய்ப்பு நிலை குறித்த அறிக்கை 2024 / REPORT OF WOMENS EMPLOYMENT STATUS IN INDIA 2024: இந்தியாவின் 69.2 கோடி பெண்களில் 37 சதவீதம் போ் வேலைக்குச் சென்று பணம் ஈட்டி வருவதாக தெரிய வந்துள்ளது. ஆள்சோ்ப்பு தொடா்பான சிக்கல்களுக்கு தீா்வளிக்கும் ‘கரியா்நெட்’ நிறுவனம் வெளியிட்ட ‘இந்தியாவில் பெண்கள் வேலைவாய்ப்பு நிலை’ எனும் அறிக்கையில் இத்தகவல் வெளியாகியுள்ளது.
• உள் ஆதாரங்கள், வேலைவாய்ப்பு வலைதளங்கள் வாயிலாக 25,000 வேலைவாய்ப்புகள் மீது நடத்தப்பட்ட பகுப்பாய்வுடன் கடந்த ஆண்டு மாதந்தோறும் நிலவிய பணியமா்த்தல் போக்குகளைக் கொண்டு இந்த அறிக்கை தயாரிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது. அறிக்கையின்படி, ஹைதராபாத், புணே, சென்னை போன்ற நகரங்களில் பெண்கள் அதிகம் போ் வேலைவாய்ப்புடன் இருப்பதாகத் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
• இளநிலை தொழில்முறை மற்றும் உயா்நிலை நிா்வாகப் பணிகளில் பணிபுரியும் பெண்களின் விகிதம் கடந்த 2023-ஆம் ஆண்டில் அதற்கு முந்தைய 2022-ஆம் ஆண்டைவிட 2 முதல் 5 சதவீதம்வரை கணிசமாக உயா்ந்துள்ளது. மத்திய நிா்வாக நிலையில் பெண்களைப் பணியமா்த்துவது கடந்த 2 ஆண்டுகளாக 23 சதவீதமாக மாறாமல் உள்ளது.
• கடந்த ஆண்டில் கல்லூரிகளில் இருந்து நேரடியாகப் பணிக்குச் சோ்ந்தவா்களில் 40 சதவீதம் போ் பெண்கள் ஆவா். 0-3 ஆண்டுகள் மற்றும் 3-7 ஆண்டு அனுபவமுள்ள பெண் பணியாளா்கள், அவா்கள் சாா்ந்த துறைகளில் பணியமா்த்தப்பட்ட மொத்த நபா்களில் 20-25 சதவீதமாக உள்ளனா். தில்லி மற்றும் தேசிய தலைநகா் மண்டலம் (என்சிஆா்) தவிர, நாட்டின் பெரும்பாலான நகரங்களில் பெண்களைப் பணியமா்த்தும் விகிதம் சற்று அதிகரித்துள்ளது. தெலங்கானா தலைநகா் ஹைதராபாத் 34 சதவீதத்துடன் முன்னணியில் இருக்கிறது.
• புணே 33 சதவீதத்துடன், சென்னை 29 சதவீதத்துடன் அடுத்தடுத்த இடங்களில் உள்ளன. அதேசமயம், தில்லி-என்சிஆா் பகுதியில் முந்தைய 2022-ஆம் ஆண்டில் இருந்து 2 சதவீதம் குறைந்து, 20 சதவீதமாக உள்ளது. வியூகம் சாா்ந்த பணிகளைச் செயல்படுத்த பன்னாட்டு நிறுவனங்களால் அமைக்கப்படும் உலகளாவிய திறன் மையங்களுக்குள் (ஜிசிசி) வங்கி, நிதிச் சேவைகள் மற்றும் காப்பீட்டு (பிஎஃப்எஸ்ஐ) துறையில் பெண்களைப் பணியமா்த்தும் போக்கு அதிகரித்துள்ளதை துறைசாா் பகுப்பாய்வு வெளிப்படுத்துகிறது.
• மேலும், பாலினத்துக்கு இடையே ஊதிய இடைவெளி குறைந்து வருகிறது. முந்தைய 2022-இன் 30 சதவீதத்திலிருந்து கடந்த ஆண்டில் சுமாா் 20 சதவீதமாகக் குறைந்துள்ளது. சமமான ஊதிய நடைமுறைகளை நோக்கி நோ்மறையான மாற்றத்தை இது குறிப்பதாக அறிக்கையில் தெரிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

• REPORT OF WOMENS EMPLOYMENT STATUS IN INDIA 2024: It has been revealed that 37 percent of India's 69.2 crore women earn money by going to work. This information has been revealed in the report 'Women's Employment Status in India' published by 'Karynet', a company that solves problems related to recruitment.
• The report is prepared based on month-by-month hiring trends over the past year, along with an analysis of 25,000 job vacancies through internal sources and employment websites. According to the report, cities like Hyderabad, Pune and Chennai have the highest number of women employed.
• The proportion of women working in junior professional and senior management jobs has increased significantly by 2 to 5 percent in 2023 compared to the previous year 2022. 
• The hiring of women in middle management positions has remained unchanged at 23 percent over the past two years.
• In the past year, 40 percent of college-to-work graduates have been women. Female workers with 0-3 years and 3-7 years of experience constitute 20-25 percent of the total number of people employed in their respective sectors. 
• Except for Delhi and the National Capital Region (NCR), most cities in the country saw a slight increase in the employment rate of women. Telangana capital Hyderabad leads with 34 percent.
• Pune with 33 percent followed by Chennai with 29 percent. Whereas, in the Delhi-NCR region, it has decreased by 2 percent from the previous year 2022 to 20 percent. 
• Sectoral analysis reveals an increase in the recruitment of women in the banking, financial services and insurance (PFSI) sector into Global Competency Centers (GCCs) set up by multinationals to execute strategic tasks.
• Also, the wage gap between the sexes is narrowing. It has come down to around 20 percent last year from 30 percent in 2022. This marks a positive shift towards equal pay practices, the report said.
