• முதலமைச்சரின் தாயுமானவர் திட்டம் / MUTHALVAR THAYUMANAVAR THITTAM: ஆதரவற்றோர், தனித்து வாழும் முதியோர், ஒற்றைப் பெற்றோர் குடும்பங்கள், பெற்றோரை இழந்த குழந்தைகள், மனநலம் குன்றியவர்கள், மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகள், சிறப்புக் குறைபாடு உடைய குழந்தைகள் உள்ள குடும்பங்கள் போன்ற சமூகத்தின் விளிம்புநிலையில் வாழ்ந்திடும் மக்கள் அனைவரும் இத்திட்டத்தின் கீழ் அடையாளம் காணப்பட்டு, அவர்களுக்குத் தேவையான அடிப்படை வசதிகள் மட்டுமன்றி கல்வி, வேலைவாய்ப்பு, திறன் மேம்பாடு, வீடுகள் போன்ற அனைத்து உதவிகளும் வழங்கப்படும்.
• அரசிடம் உள்ள தரவுகள், கள ஆய்வு, மக்கள் பங்கேற்புடன் கலந்துரையாடல், கிராம சபை ஆகியவற்றின் மூலம் மாநிலம் முழுக்க மிகவும் ஏழைக் குடும்பங்கள் கண்டறியப்படும். 
• 'முதலமைச்சரின் தாயுமானவர் திட்டம்' என்ற பெயரிலான இப்புதிய திட்டத்தில், மக்கள் பிரதிநிதிகள் தொண்டு நிறுவனங்கள் மற்றும் வங்கிகளி பங்கேற்பும் உறுதி செய்யப்படும். 
• இந்த வரவு-செலவுத் திட்ட மதிப்பீடுகளில் ஊரக வளர்ச்சி மற்றும் ஊராட்சித் துறைக்கு 27,922 கோடி ரூபாய் ஒதுக்கீடு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.

ENGLISH

• MUTHALVAR THAYUMANAVAR THITTAM: All the people living on the fringes of the society like the destitute, the elderly living alone, single parent families, children who have lost their parents, mentally challenged, differently abled, families with children with special disabilities are identified under this scheme and they are provided not only basic facilities but also education, employment, skill development, housing etc. All assistance will be provided.
• The poorest families across the state will be identified through data available with the government, field survey, participatory discussion and gram sabha. 
• In this new scheme named 'Chief Minister's Mother Scheme', participation of people's representative charities and banks will also be ensured. 27,922 crores have been earmarked for rural development and panchayats in these budget estimates.
