In Jabua, Madhya Pradesh, The Prime Minister dedicated various development projects worth 7,300 crores to the country and laid foundation stones for new projects
  • Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi dedicated various development projects worth about Rs.7,300 crore to the country in Jabua, Madhya Pradesh today and laid the foundation stone for new projects. Today these development projects will benefit the tribal people of the region. 
  • It will strengthen the drinking water supply in the area. At the same time, the projects launched today will also boost road, rail, power and education sectors in Madhya Pradesh. 
  • The Prime Minister has given monthly installments for nutrition improvement called Aahar Anuthan to around 2 lakh women beneficiaries especially from backward tribes. 
  • He issued 1.75 lakh rights records known as Adhikar Appeals to the beneficiaries of the Swamitwa scheme. He provided Rs 55.9 crore to 559 villages under the Prime Minister's Model Village Scheme (Adarsh Gram Yojana).
  • Ensuring that the benefits of development reach the tribal communities is one of the key focus areas of the central government. Many years after independence, a large section of the tribal community has not been able to avail the benefits of government schemes. 
  • Based on this, the Prime Minister dedicated to the country various projects that would benefit the tribal people of the region and laid the foundation stone for new projects.
The Prime Minister presented the appointment letters to the new recruits in government departments and organizations at the employment function
  • Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi today issued over one lakh appointment letters to new recruits through a video call. He laid the foundation stone for the first phase of construction of the integrated complex "Karmayogi Bhawan" in New Delhi. The campus will promote collaboration and integration among various sectors of the Karmayogi movement.
The Prime Minister launched the UPI services along with the Prime Minister of Mauritius and the President of Sri Lanka
  • Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi launched UPI services in Sri Lanka, Mauritius and RuPay card services in Mauritius along with President of Sri Lanka Mr. Ranil Wickremesinghe and Prime Minister of Mauritius Mr. Pravind Jagnath through video.
  • India has emerged as a pioneer in fintech innovation and digital public infrastructure. The Prime Minister emphasized that we should share our development experiences and new innovations with our friendly countries. 
  • India's strong culture and people-to-people connection with Sri Lanka and Mauritius will provide a fast, seamless, digital transaction experience to the people of that country.
  • The launch will enable UPI services for Indian citizens traveling to Sri Lanka, Mauritius and Mauritian nationals traveling to India. Expanding RuPay card services in Mauritius will enable Mauritius banks to issue cards based on the RuPay system in Mauritius and enable use of RuPay cards in India, Mauritius.

National Cow Breed Conservation Award to Pakur Research Centre
  • Tamil Nadu Government has set up and implemented a separate center for the protection of Pakur native cows in Erode District, Andyur circle, Pakur area through Tamilnadu Veterinary Medical Science University in 2015.
  • According to the census of 2012, there were 14,154 Pakur cows, after the operation of this center, according to the census of 2019, 42,300 Pakur cows were counted. Also 170 cows are being reared in this center. They are raised for reproduction, milk and milk products, and breed protection.
  • In this way, a farm has been set up in 3 places with a total area of 59 acres and Pakur cows are maintained.
