மதிஅங்காடிகள் / MADHI ANKADI: தமிழ்நாடு மாநில ஊரக வாழ்வாதார இயக்கத்தின் கீழ் செயல்படும், மாவட்ட வழங்கல் மற்றும் விற்பனை சங்கத்தின் மூலம் முக்கிய சுற்றுலா தலங்களில் மகளிா் சுய உதவிக்குழுக்களின் உற்பத்திப்பொருள்களை நேரடியாக விற்பனைசெய்ய மதி அங்காடி அமைக்க திட்டமிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.
இதன்மூலம் மகளிா் சுய உதவிக் குழுக்களின் உற்பத்தி பொருள்களுக்கு சந்தை வாய்ப்பு கிடைப்பதுடன் சுற்றுலா பயணிகளுக்கும் அங்குள்ள பொருள்கள் தரமாக குறைந்த விலையில் கிடைக்க வழிவகை செய்யப்படுகிறது.
பயனாளிகள் தேர்வு செய்யும் முறை
மதிஅங்காடிகள் / MADHI ANKADI: சுய உதவிக்குழு உறுப்பினராக இருக்க வேண்டும்
முன்னுரிமை அடிப்படையில் மகளிர் மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகள், கணவரால் கைவிடப்பட்ட, விதவை மகளிர் மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகள், ஆண் மாற்றுத் திறனாளிகளாக இருக்க வேண்டும்.
மேற்கண்ட முன்னுரிமை தகுதியில் விண்ணப்பங்கள் ஏதும் பெறப்படவில்லை எனில் பொது மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகளுக்கு வழங்கப்பட வேண்டும்.
மாற்றுத்திறனாளிகளுக்கு மட்டுமே விற்பனை வாகன அங்காடி வழங்கப்படும்.
தேர்வு செய்யப்படும் உறுப்பினர் உள்ள சிறப்பு சுய உதவிக்குழு, ஊராட்சி அளவிலான கூட்டமைப்பில் உறுப்பினராக இருத்தல் வேண்டும்.
தேர்வு செய்யப்படும் சுய உதவிக்குழு தேசிய ஊரக வாழ்வாதார இயக்க இணையதளத்தில் (NRLM portal) பதிவு பெற்றிருத்தல் அவசியம்.
பொருட்கள் உற்பத்தி/ விற்பனையில் ஆர்வம் மற்றும் முன் அனுபவமுடையவராக இருத்தல் வேண்டும்.
சிறப்பு சுய உதவிக்குழு தொடங்கி ஓர் ஆண்டிற்கு மேல் பூர்த்தி செய்திருக்க வேண்டும்.
தேர்வு செய்யப்படும் உறுப்பினர் மீது எந்த வித புகார்களும் இல்லை என்பதையும் வங்கி மற்றும் சமுதாய அமைப்புகளில் வாரக்கடன் ஏதுமில்லை எனவும் சான்றிதழ் வழங்க வேண்டும்.
வாகன அங்காடியின் உரிமை மாவட்ட வழங்கல் மற்றும் விற்பனை சங்கத்திடமே இருக்கும்.
அங்காடி நடத்துவதற்கான வாய்ப்பு மட்டும் பயனாளிக்கு வழங்கப்படும். வாகனத்தை விற்பனை செய்யவோ, வேறு நபருக்கு மாற்றவோ உரிமை இல்லை.
வாகன அங்காடி நடத்த இயலாத பட்சத்தில் மீண்டும் மாவட்ட வழங்கல் மற்றும் விற்பனை சங்கத்திற்கே ஒப்படைத்திட வேண்டும்.
விதிமுறைகள் மீறி செயல்படும் உறுப்பினரிடமிருந்து வாகன அங்காடியினை திரும்ப பெற்றுக்கொள்ள மாவட்ட திட்ட இயக்குர் மூலம் உரிய அறிவிப்பு ஆலோசனைகள் வழங்கி பறிமுதல் செய்ய மாவட்ட வழங்கல் மற்றும் விற்பனை சங்கத்திற்கு முழு அதிகாரம் உண்டு.
தொடர்ந்து ஒருவார காலத்திற்கு மேல் வாகனம் இயக்கப்படவில்லை எனில் வாகன அங்காடி பறிமுதல் செய்யப்படும். அங்காடிக்கு என வாடகை ஏதும் கிடையாது. பராமரிப்பு செலவினங்களை சம்பந்தப்பட்ட பயனாளியே மேற்கொள்ள வேண்டும், என்று தெரிவிக்கப்படுகிறது.

MADHI ANKADI: Working under the Tamil Nadu State Rural Livelihoods Movement, it is planned to set up Madhi Ankadi to directly sell the products of women self-help groups at major tourist destinations through the District Supply and Sales Association.
In this way, the products produced by the women self-help groups are given a market opportunity and the tourists are also provided with quality products at low prices.
Beneficiary selection process
MADHI ANKADI: Should be a member of Self Help Group
Preference should be given to women disabled, abandoned by husband, widowed women disabled, male disabled.
In case no applications are received in the above priority eligibility then General Disability should be given.
A sales vehicle shop will be provided for disabled persons only.
The Special Self Help Committee whose member will be selected should be a member of the Panchayat level confederation.
The self help group selected must be registered in the National Rural Livelihood Movement (NRLM) portal.
Must have interest and prior experience in product manufacturing/selling.
Must have completed more than one year from the start of Special Self Help Committee.
A certificate must be given that the member to be selected has no complaints and has no outstanding loans from banks and social organizations.
The vehicle shop will be owned by the District Supply and Sales Association.
The beneficiary will only be given the opportunity to run the store. No right to sell or transfer the vehicle.
If it is not possible to run a vehicle shop, it should be handed over to the District Supply and Sales Association.
The District Supply and Sales Association has full authority to take back the vehicle shop from the member who violates the rules and confiscate the vehicle shop through the District Program Director with due notice and advice.
If the vehicle is not driven for more than one week continuously, the vehicle will be impounded. There is no rent for the shop. It is informed that the maintenance expenses shall be borne by the concerned beneficiary.
