• ஊழல் மிகுந்த நாடுகள் பட்டியல் 2023 / LIST OF MOST CORRUPT COUNTRIES IN WORLD 2023: உலகில் ஊழல் மிகுந்த, குறைந்த நாடுகளின் தரவுகள் பட்டியலை அரசு சாரா அமைப்பான டிரான்ஸ்பரன்சி இன்டர்நேஷனல் என்ற அமைப்பு ஒவ்வொரு ஆண்டும் வெளியிட்டு வருகிறது. 
• அந்த வகையில் உலகில் உள்ள 180 நாடுகளில் இந்த அமைப்பு ஆய்வு கொண்ட தரவுகளின் படி 2023 ஆம் ஆண்டிற்கான பட்டியலை செவ்வாய்க்கிழமை வெளியிட்டுள்ளது. 
• அதாவது, நிர்வாக வெளிப்படைத்தன்மை, லஞ்சம், ஊழல் மற்றும் முறைகேடுகள் போன்ற தரவுகளை கொண்டு ஆய்வு மேற்கொள்ளப்பட்டது. 
• இந்த தரவுகளின் அடிப்படையில் 100-க்கு 100 மதிப்பெண்கள் பெறும் நாடுகள் ஊழலற்ற நாடு என்ற வகையில் தரவரிசைப் பட்டியலில் முதலிடம் பெறுகிறது. பூஜ்ய மதிப்பெண் பெறும் நாடுகள் ஊழல்கள் மிகுந்த நாடுகளாக குறிப்பிடப்படுகிறது. 
• அந்த வகையில்,  ஊழல் குறைந்த நாடுகள் பட்டியலில், 2023 ஆம் ஆண்டில், 180 நாடுகளில் நடத்தப்பட்ட ஆய்வுகளின் படி, எந்தவொரு நாடும் 100-க்கும் 100 மதிப்பெண்கள் பெறவில்லை. 
• அதாவது உலகம் முழுவதும் ஊழல் மிகுந்து காணப்படுவதாகவும், மூன்றில் இரண்டு பங்கு நாடுகள் 50-க்கு கீழே மதிப்பெண் பெற்றுள்ளன என தரவுகள் தெரிவிக்கின்றன. 
• 100-க்கும் 90 மதிப்பெண் பெற்ற டென்மார்க் உலகின் மிகக் குறைந்த ஊழல் கொண்ட நாடாக தொடர்ந்து ஆறாவது ஆண்டாக முதலிடத்தை பிடித்துள்ளது. இதையடுத்து 87 மதிப்பெண்களுடன் பின்லாந்தும், 85 மதிப்பெண்களுடன் நியூசிலாந்தும் முறையே அடுத்தடுத்த இடங்களை பிடித்துள்ளன. 
• நார்வே(84), சிங்கப்பூர் (83), ஸ்வீடன் (82), சுவிட்சர்லாந்து (82), நெதர்லாந்து (79), ஜெர்மனி (78), மற்றும் லக்சம்பர்க் (78) ஆகியவை 2023 ஊழல் புலனாய்வுக் குறியீட்டில் குறைந்த ஊழல் உள்ள நாடுகளாகும்.
• உலக ஊழல் நிறைந்த நாடுகளின் பட்டியலில் 2022 ஆம் ஆண்டு 40 மதிப்பெண்கள் பெற்று 85 ஆவது இடத்தில் இருந்த இந்தியா, 2023 இல் 39 மதிப்பெண்களுடன் 93 ஆவது இடத்திற்கு பின்தங்கியுள்ளது என்றும் அதன் ஒட்டுமொத்த மதிப்பெண் பெரிய அளவில் மாறாமல் உள்ளது என்று டிரான்ஸ்பரன்சி இன்டர்நேஷனல் தரவுகள் தெரிவித்துள்ளது.  
• இதேபோன்று கஜகஸ்தான், லெசோத்தோ, மாலத்தீவு 39 மதிப்பெண்களுடன் இந்தியாவுடன் 93 இடத்தை பகிர்ந்துகொண்டுள்ளன. சீனா 76 ஆவது இடத்திலும் உள்ளன. 
• உலகின் மிக ஊழல் நிறைந்த நாடுகள் பட்டியலில், வெறும் 11 மதிப்பெண்களுடன் சோமாலியா கடைசி இடத்திலும், வெனிசுலா (13), சிரியா (13), தெற்கு சூடான் (13), மற்றும் யேமன் (16) ஆகியவை தரவரிசை பட்டியலில் கடைசி இடங்களைப் பிடித்துள்ளதாகவும், இந்த நாடுகள் எல்லாம்  நீண்டகாலமாக நெருக்கடிகளால் பாதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளதாகவும், பெரும்பாலும் ஆயுத மோதல்கள் பாதிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளதாக தெரிவித்துள்ளது.
• இந்த பட்டியலில் 29 மதிப்பெண்களுடன் பாகிஸ்தான் 133 ஆவது இடத்திலும் மற்றும் 34 மதிப்பெண்களுடன் இலங்கை 115 ஆவது இடத்தில் உள்ளன. 
• இந்த இரு நாடுகளும் கடன் சுமை மற்றும்  அரசியல் ஸ்திரமின்மையால் சிக்கியுள்ளன என்றும், பெரும்பாலான நாடுகள் ஊழலை ஒழிப்பதில் எந்த முன்னேற்றமும் காணப்படவில்லை என்பதை தரவுகள் வெளிப்படுத்தியுள்ளது.

• LIST OF MOST CORRUPT COUNTRIES IN WORLD 2023: Every year Transparency International, a non-governmental organization, publishes a list of the most corrupt and least corrupt countries in the world.
• The organization released the list for the year 2023 on Tuesday based on data from 180 countries in the world.
• That is, the study was conducted with data on administrative transparency, bribery, corruption and irregularities. Countries scoring 100 out of 100 based on this data are ranked first as corruption-free countries. Countries receiving a score of zero are referred to as highly corrupt countries.
• Accordingly, in the list of least corrupt countries in 2023, according to the survey of 180 countries, no country scored 100 out of 100. That means the world is highly corrupt, with two-thirds of countries scoring below 50, the data shows.
• With a score of 90 out of 100, Denmark is the world's least corrupt country for the sixth year in a row. Finland with 87 marks and New Zealand with 85 marks have taken the next places respectively.
• The least corrupt countries in the 2023 Corruption Perceptions Index are Norway (84), Singapore (83), Sweden (82), Switzerland (82), the Netherlands (79), Germany (78), and Luxembourg (78).
• India's ranking of the world's most corrupt countries, from 85 in 2022 with a score of 40, fell to 93 in 2023 with a score of 39 and its overall score remained largely unchanged, Transparency International data said.
• Similarly, Kazakhstan, Lesotho and Maldives share 93rd place with India with 39 marks. China is also at 76th place.
• On the list of the world's most corrupt countries, Somalia ranks last with a score of just 11, followed by Venezuela (13), Syria (13), South Sudan (13), and Yemen (16), all of which have been plagued by protracted crises, often Reportedly affected by armed conflicts.
• Pakistan is ranked 133rd with 29 points and Sri Lanka is ranked 115th with 34 points. The data revealed that both countries are plagued by debt and political instability, and that most countries have made no progress in eradicating corruption.
