• என்.ஏ.சி.ஐ.என் / NACIN: என்.ஏ.சி.ஐ.என் என்பது இந்திய வருவாய் சேவை (சுங்கம் மற்றும் மறைமுக வரிகள்) பயிற்சியாளர்களுக்குப் பயிற்சியளிப்பதற்காக நிறுவப்பட்ட உயர் பயிற்சி நிறுவனமாகும். சுங்கம், போதைப்பொருள் தடுப்புத் தொடர்பான சட்ட அமலாக்கம் மற்றும் பிற மறைமுக வரி தொடர்பான அம்சங்களில் பல்வேறு நாடுகளுடன் பபயிற்சி மற்றும் பிற திறன் மேம்பாட்டு வளங்களை பரிமாறிக்கொள்வதன் மூலம் மகத்தான பங்களிப்பை இந்த நிறுவனம் வழங்கி வருகிறது.
• சுங்கம், மறைமுக வரிகள் மற்றும் போதைப்பொருள் தேசிய அகாடமி (NACIN) முன்பு தேசிய சுங்கம், கலால் மற்றும் போதைப்பொருள் அகாடமி (NACEN) என்று அழைக்கப்பட்டது, 
• இது மறைமுக வரிவிதிப்புத் துறையில் அரசு ஊழியர்களின் திறனை வளர்ப்பதற்காக இந்திய அரசாங்கத்தின் உச்ச சிவில் சேவை பயிற்சி நிறுவனமாகும். 
• குறிப்பாக சுங்கம், ஜிஎஸ்டி, மத்திய கலால், சேவை வரி மற்றும் போதைப்பொருள் கட்டுப்பாடு நிர்வாகம். இந்தியாவின் தலைநகரான புது தில்லிக்கு அருகில் உள்ள ஃபரிதாபாத்தில் அமைந்துள்ள இந்த அகாடமி, மத்திய அரசின் மறைமுக வரிகள் மற்றும் சுங்கத் துறை, வருவாய்த் துறை, நிதி அமைச்சகம், இந்திய அரசின் கீழ் இயங்குகிறது.
• குரூப் A பணியாளர்கள் மற்றும் வெளிநாட்டுப் பயிற்சியாளர்களுக்கான பயிற்சி ஃபரிதாபாத்தில் உள்ள பிரதான வளாகத்தில் நடத்தப்படுகிறது, மேலும் குரூப் B மற்றும் குரூப் C அதிகாரிகளின் பயிற்சி இந்தியா முழுவதும் உள்ள பல்வேறு மண்டல மற்றும் பிராந்திய பயிற்சி மையங்களில் நடத்தப்படுகிறது. 
• GST, சுங்கம் மற்றும் போதைப்பொருள்களை நிர்வகிக்கும் IRS (சுங்கம் மற்றும் மறைமுக வரி) என அறியப்படும் இந்திய வருவாய் சேவையின் மறைமுக வரிவிதிப்புக் கிளையின் குரூப் A தகுதிகாண் அதிகாரிகளுக்கான முதன்மைப் பயிற்சித் திட்டத்தை முதன்மை வளாகம் நடத்துகிறது. 
• நேரடி ஆட்சேர்ப்பு என்று அழைக்கப்படும் இந்த அதிகாரி பயிற்சியாளர்கள், யூனியன் பப்ளிக் சர்வீஸ் கமிஷன் நடத்தும் சிவில் சர்வீசஸ் தேர்வு மூலம் தேர்ந்தெடுக்கப்படுகிறார்கள்.

வரலாறு

• என்.ஏ.சி.ஐ.என் / NACIN: 1955 ஆம் ஆண்டில், இந்த நிறுவனம் பழைய டெல்லியில் உள்ள தர்யாகஞ்சில் ஒரு சிறிய கட்டிடத்தில் ஒரு பயிற்சிப் பள்ளியாகத் தொடங்கியது, 
• இது முதலில் தெற்கு டெல்லியில் உள்ள ஹவுஸ் காஸில் உள்ள ராஜேந்திர பிளேஸுக்கும், பின்னர் டெல்லியில் உள்ள சாகேட்டில் உள்ள புஷ்பா பவனுக்கும் மாற்றப்பட்டது, இறுதியாக அது தற்போதைய 23 ஏக்கருக்கு மாற்றப்பட்டது. 1996 இல் ஃபரிதாபாத்தில் நிரந்தர வளாகம்.

அமைப்பு

• என்.ஏ.சி.ஐ.என் / NACIN: NACIN ஆனது, மத்திய அரசின் மறைமுக வரிகள் மற்றும் சுங்க வாரியத்தின், வருவாய்த் துறை, நிதி அமைச்சகம், இந்திய அரசின் நிர்வாகக் கட்டுப்பாட்டின் கீழ் செயல்படுகிறது. 
• NACIN, இந்திய அரசின் கூடுதல் செயலர் அந்தஸ்தில் உள்ள இந்திய வருவாய் சேவையைச் சேர்ந்த, இந்தியாவின் மூத்த அரசுப் பணியாளரான ஒரு இயக்குநர் ஜெனரலால் வழிநடத்தப்படுகிறார். 
• டைரக்டர் ஜெனரலுக்கு கூடுதல் இயக்குநர் ஜெனரல்கள், கூடுதல் இயக்குநர்கள், துணை இயக்குநர்கள் மற்றும் உதவி இயக்குநர்கள் உதவியாக இருக்கிறார்கள்.

ENGLISH

• NACIN: The National Academy of Customs, Indirect Taxes and Narcotics (NACIN) formerly known as National Academy of Customs, Excise and Narcotics (NACEN) is the apex civil service training institute of Government of India for capacity building of civil servants in the field of indirect taxation, particularly the areas of customs, GST, central excise, service tax and narcotics control administration. 
• Located at Faridabad, near India's capital New Delhi, the Academy is operated under the aegis of the Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs, Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, Government of India.
• Training for Group A staff and overseas trainees is conducted at main campus at Faridabad, and the training of the Group B and Group C officers is conducted at various zonal and regional training centres across India. 
• The main campus runs the flagship training programme for the Group A probationers officers of the indirect taxation branch Indian Revenue Service, better known as IRS (Customs & Indirect Tax) which administers GST, Customs and Narcotics. 
• These officer trainees, also known as direct recruits, are selected through the Civil Services Examination conducted by the Union Public Service Commission.

History

• NACIN: In 1955, the institute started as a training school in a small building at Daryaganj in Old Delhi, which first relocated to Rajendra Place in Hauz Khas in South Delhi, then to Pushpa Bhawan in Saket in Delhi, finally it relocated to its present 23 acre permanent campus at Faridabad in 1996.

Organisation

• NACIN: NACIN functions under the administrative control of the Central Board of Indirect Taxes & Customs, Department of Revenue, Ministry of Finance, Government of India. NACIN is headed by a Director General, who is a senior civil servant of India, belonging to the Indian Revenue Service who is of the rank of Additional Secretary to Government of India. 
• The Director General is assisted by Additional Director Generals, Additional Directors, Deputy Directors and Assistant Directors.
