சங்கல்ப் சப்தாஹ் திட்டம் / SANKALP SAPTAAH SCHEME: சங்கல்ப் சப்தாஹ் என்பது முன்னேற விரும்பும் ஆர்வமுள்ள வட்டாரங்கள் திட்டத்தை (ஏபிபி) திறம்பட செயல்படுத்துவதோடு இணைந்த ஒரு நடவடிக்கையாகும். 2023 ஜனவரி 7 அன்று நாடு தழுவிய இந்தத் திட்டத்தை பிரதமர் தொடங்கி வைத்தார்.
மக்களின் வாழ்க்கைத் தரத்தை உயர்த்துவதற்காக வட்டார அளவில் நிர்வாகத்தை மேம்படுத்துவதை இது நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டுள்ளது. நாடு முழுவதும் 329 மாவட்டங்களில் உள்ள 500 ஆர்முள்ள வட்டாரங்களில் இத்திட்டம் செயல்படுத்தப்பட்டு வருகிறது.
முன்னேற விரும்பும் ஆர்வமுள்ள வட்டாரத் திட்டத்தைச் செயல்படுத்தவும், பயனுள்ள வட்டார மேம்பாட்டு உத்தியைத் தயாரிக்கவும் நாடு முழுவதும் கிராமம் மற்றும் வட்டார அளவில் சிந்தனை முகாம்கள் ஏற்பாடு செய்யப்பட்டன. 'சங்கல்ப் சப்தாஹ்' என்பது இந்த சிந்தனை முகாம்களின் உச்ச செயல்பாடு ஆகும்.
500 வட்டாரங்களிலும் 'சங்கல்ப் சப்தாஹ்' செயல்படுத்தப்படும். 2023 அக்டோபர் 3 முதல் 9 அக்டோபர் 2023 வரை 'சங்கல்ப் சப்தாஹ்'வில் ஒவ்வொரு நாளும் ஒரு குறிப்பிட்ட வளர்ச்சி கருப்பொருளுக்காக அர்ப்பணிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.
முதல் ஆறு நாட்களுக்கான கருப்பொருள்களில் முழு ஆரோக்கியம், ஊட்டச்சத்து, தூய்மை, விவசாயம், கல்வி, மற்றும் வளம் ஆகியவை அடங்கும்.
வாரத்தின் கடைசி நாளான 2023 அக்டோபர் 9 அன்று, உறுதி மொழி எடுத்தல் – ஒருங்கிணைத்தல் விழா என்ற பெயரில் நிகழ்ச்சி நடைபெறும். இதில் வாரம் முழுவதும் பணிகளின் கொண்டாட்டமாக இது அமையும்.

SANKALP SAPTAAH SCHEME: ‘Sankalp Saptaah’ is linked to the effective implementation of Aspirational Blocks Programme (ABP). The nationwide programme was launched by the Prime Minister on January 7, 2023.
It aims to improve governance at the block level inorder to enhance the quality of life of citizens. It is being implemented in 500 Aspirational Blocks across 329 districts in the country.
For implementing the Aspirational Blocks Programme and to prepare an effective block development strategy, chintan shivirs were organised at village and block levels across the country. The ‘Sankalp Saptaah’ is a culmination of these chintan shivirs.
‘Sankalp Saptaah’ will be observed in all of the 500 Aspirational Blocks. Each day in ‘Sankalp Saptaah’, starting from 3rd October till 9th October, 2023, is dedicated to a specific development theme on which all Aspirational Blocks will work.
The themes for the first six days include ‘Sampoorna Swasthya’, ‘Suposhit Pariwaar’, ‘Swachhta’, ‘Krishi’, ‘Shiksha’, and ‘Samridhi Diwas’. The last day of the week i.e. October 9, 2023 will be a celebration of the work conducted during the entire week, as ‘Sankalp Saptaah – Samavesh Samaroh’.
The inaugural programme will witness participation of about 3,000 panchayat and block level people's representatives and functionaries from across the country in Bharat Mandapam.
In addition, about two lakh people including block and panchayat level functionaries, farmers, and persons from other walks of life, will join the programme virtually.
