• அமெரிக்க அதிபரின் பீஸ்ட் கார் / BEAST CAR OF AMERICAN PRESIDENT: சமீபத்திய மாடல் 'பீஸ்ட் காரை' ஜெனரல் மோட்டார்ஸ் (ஜிஎம்) நிறுவனம் கடந்த 2018-ம் ஆண்டு செப்டம்பர் மாதம் அறிமுகம் செய்தது. 
• இதன் எடை 6,800 கிலோ முதல் 9,100 கிலோ எடை வரை இருக்கும். இதில் 7 பேர் பயணம் செய்யலாம். இதன் நீளம் 18 அடி. 
• அதிபரை பாதுகாக்க, பீஸ்ட் காரில் பல சிறப்பம்சங்கள் உள்ளன. அவசர காலத்தில் பயன்படுத்த அதிபரின் குரூப் ரத்தம் இதில் சேமித்து வைக்கப்பட்டிருக்கும். 
• ரசாயன தாக்குதல் நடத்தினாலும், காருக்குள் இருக்கும் அதிபருக்கு பாதிப்பு ஏற்பாது. டயர் பஞ்சர் ஆனாலும் கார்ஓடும். இருள் சூழ்ந்த பகுதியை பார்க்கும் கருவிகள், தாக்குதலில் இருந்து தப்பிக்க புகை மண்டலத்தை ஏற்படுத்தும் சாதனம், எதிரிகளின் வாகனம் பின்தொடர்வதை தடுக்க எண்ணெய் பீய்ச்சி அடிக்கும் சாதனம் ஆகியவை இதில் உள்ளன.

• காரின் வெளிப்புற தகடுகள் 8 இன்ச் தடிமன் கொண்டவை. கார் கண்ணாடிகள் 130 மி.மீ தடிமனில் பல அடுக்குகளாக இருக்கும். காரின் ஒவ்வொரு கதவும் போயிங் 757 விமான கதவின் எடை அளவுக்கு இருக்கும். எதிரிகள் யாரும் கார் கதவை திறப்பதை தடுக்கும் வகையில் அதன் கைப்பிடியில் 120 வோல்ட் மின்சாரத்தை பாய்ச்சி ஷாக் கொடுக்கும் வசதிகளும் இதில் உள்ளன. 
• துப்பாக்கிகள், ராக்கெட் குண்டுகள், கண்ணீர் புகை குண்டுகளை ஏவும் வசதிகளும் இதில் உள்ளன.
• அதிபரின் கார் அணிவகுப்பில், ஒரே பதிவெண் கொண்ட இரண்டு கார்கள் செல்லும். 
• இதன் விலை 1.5 மில்லியன் அமெரிக்க டாலர் (ரூ.12 கோடியே 45 லட்சம்). ஆனால், இந்த காரின் ஆராய்ச்சி மற்றும் மேம்பாட்டுக்கு 15 மில்லியன் டாலரை (ரூ.124 கோடி) ஜிஎம் நிறுவனம் செலவிட்டுள்ளது.

• BEAST CAR OF AMERICAN PRESIDENT: General Motors (GM) launched the latest model 'Beast Car' in September 2018.
• Its weight ranges from 6,800 kg to 9,100 kg. 7 people can travel in it. Its length is 18 feet.
• To protect the principal, the beast car has many features. Group blood of the Principal is stored in it for emergency use.
• Even if there is a chemical attack, the principal inside the car will not be affected. Even with a flat tire, the car still runs. It includes devices for seeing through dark areas, a device that creates a smoke zone to escape from an attack, and a device that sprays oil to prevent enemy vehicles from following them.
• The car is made like an armored vehicle using aluminium, ceramic and steel.
• The exterior panels of the car are 8 inches thick. Car glasses are multi-layered with a thickness of 130 mm. Each door of the car weighs the same as a Boeing 757 airplane door. It also has 120 volt shocks on the handle to prevent any enemy from opening the car door.
• It also has facilities to launch guns, rockets and tear gas shells.
• In the President's motorcade, there will be two cars with the same number plate.
• It costs USD 1.5 million (Rs. 12 crore 45 lakhs). However, GM has spent 15 million dollars (Rs 124 crore) on the research and development of this car.
