நை ரோஷ்னி திட்டம் / NAI ROSHNI SCHEME: நை ரோஷ்னி - சிறுபான்மை பெண்களுக்கான தலைமைத்துவ மேம்பாட்டுத் திட்டம் என்பது 18 முதல் 65 வயது வரையிலான சிறுபான்மை சமூகத்தைச் சேர்ந்த பெண்களுக்கான மத்தியத் துறை திட்டமாகும்.
இது 2012-13 இல் தொடங்கப்பட்டது.
இத்திட்டத்தின் நோக்கம், அரசு அமைப்புகள், வங்கிகள் மற்றும் பிற நிறுவனங்களுடன் அனைத்து மட்டங்களிலும் தொடர்புகொள்வதற்கான அறிவு, கருவிகள் மற்றும் நுட்பங்களை வழங்குவதன் மூலம், அதே கிராமத்தில்/உள்ளூரில் வசிக்கும் மற்ற சமூகங்களைச் சேர்ந்த சிறுபான்மைப் பெண்கள் உட்பட சிறுபான்மைப் பெண்களிடையே நம்பிக்கையை ஊட்டுவதாகும்.
இது நாடு முழுவதும் உள்ள தன்னார்வ தொண்டு நிறுவனங்கள், சிவில் சங்கங்கள் மற்றும் அரசு நிறுவனங்களின் உதவியுடன் நடத்தப்படுகிறது.
பெண்களின் தலைமைத்துவம், கல்வித் திட்டங்கள், சுகாதாரம் மற்றும் சுகாதாரம், ஸ்வச் பாரத், நிதி கல்வியறிவு, வாழ்க்கைத் திறன்கள், பெண்களின் சட்ட உரிமைகள், டிஜிட்டல் கல்வியறிவு மற்றும் சமூக மற்றும் நடத்தை மாற்றத்திற்கான வாதிடுதல் போன்ற பல்வேறு பயிற்சித் தொகுதிகள் இதில் அடங்கும்.

நை ரோஷ்னி திட்டம் / NAI ROSHNI SCHEME: பெண்களுக்கு அதிகாரமளித்தல் என்பது சமத்துவத்திற்கு இன்றியமையாதது மட்டுமல்ல, வறுமைக் குறைப்பு, பொருளாதார வளர்ச்சி மற்றும் சிவில் சமூகத்தை வலுப்படுத்துவதற்கான நமது போராட்டத்தில் ஒரு முக்கிய அங்கமாகும்.
வறுமையில் வாடும் குடும்பத்தில் பெண்களும் குழந்தைகளும் எப்போதும் மிகவும் மோசமாக பாதிக்கப்படுகின்றனர், பெண்களுக்கு, குறிப்பாக தாய்மார்களுக்கு அதிகாரம் அளிப்பது இன்னும் முக்கியமானது, ஏனெனில் அவர் தனது சந்ததியினரின் தன்மையை வளர்த்து, வளர்த்து, வடிவமைக்கும் வீடுகளில் உள்ளது.
இது சிறுபான்மைப் பெண்களை அவர்களின் வீடு மற்றும் சமூகத்தின் எல்லையிலிருந்து வெளியேறவும், தலைமைப் பாத்திரங்களை ஏற்கவும், கூட்டாகவோ அல்லது தனித்தனியாகவோ, சேவைகள், வசதிகள், திறன்கள் மற்றும் வாய்ப்புகளைப் பெறுவதில், அரசாங்கத்தின் வளர்ச்சிப் பலன்களில் தங்களுக்கு உரிய பங்கைக் கோருவதில் அவர்களின் உரிமைகளை உறுதிப்படுத்த உதவுகிறது.

NAI ROSHNI SCHEME: Nai Roshni-a Leadership Development Programme for Minority Women is a Central Sector Scheme for women belonging to minority communities in the age group of 18 to 65 years.
It was started in 2012-13.
The objective of the scheme is to empower and instil confidence among minority women, including their neighbours from other communities living in the same village/locality, by providing knowledge, tools and techniques for interacting with Government systems, banks and other institutions at all levels.
It is run with the help of NGOs, Civil societies and Government Institutions all over the country.
It includes various training modules like Leadership of women, Educational Programmes, Health and Hygiene, Swachch Bharat, Financial Literacy, Life Skills, Legal Rights of Women, Digital Literacy and Advocacy for Social and behavioral change.
Significance of the Scheme
NAI ROSHNI SCHEME: Empowerment of women per se is not only essential for equity, but also constitutes a critical element in our fight for poverty reduction, economic growth and strengthening of civil society.
Women and children are always the worst sufferers in a poverty stricken family and need support. Empowering women, especially mothers, is even more important as it is in homes that she nourishes, nurtures and molds the character of her offspring.
It helps embolden minority women to move out of the confines of their home and community and assume leadership roles and assert their rights, collectively or individually, in accessing services, facilities, skills, and opportunities besides claiming their due share of development benefits of the Government for improving their lives and living conditions.
