• பட்டியல் சாதியினருக்கான ஆன்லைன் குறை மேலாண்மை போர்ட்டல் / ONLINE GRIEVANCE MANAGEMENT PORTAL FOR SC: பட்டியல் சாதியினருக்கான தேசிய ஆணையம் (NCSC) நாட்டின் பட்டியல் சாதியினர் தங்களின் விண்ணப்பம் மற்றும் பிற கொடுமைகள் மற்றும் சேவைகள் தொடர்பான குறைகளை ஆன்லைனில் தாக்கல் செய்வதற்கும், அவற்றை உரிய நேரத்தில் நிவர்த்தி செய்வதற்கும் ஆன்லைன் புகார் மேலாண்மை போர்ட்டலை அறிமுகப்படுத்தியது. இந்த போர்ட்டலை https://ncsc.negd.in/ இல் அணுகலாம்.
• NCSC இந்த போர்டல் மூலம் குறிப்பாக பட்டியல் சாதி மக்களின் குறைகளை நிவர்த்தி செய்வதை நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டுள்ளது. இந்த போர்டல் புகார்கள் மற்றும் குறைகளை மின்-தாக்கல் செய்வதற்கும் அவற்றைக் கண்காணிப்பதற்கும் உதவும். 
• இறுதியாக, இ-கோர்ட்டுகளைப் போலவே விசாரணை செயல்முறையும் செயல்படும் நோக்கம் கொண்டது. இந்த போர்டல் கமிஷனின் இணையதளத்துடன் இணைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது மற்றும் அதில் பதிவு செய்தவுடன் ஒருவர் தனது புகாரை பதிவு செய்யலாம். 
• ஆவணங்கள் மற்றும் ஆடியோ/வீடியோ கோப்புகளை பதிவேற்றும் வசதியும் உள்ளது. இது புகார்கள் மற்றும் குறைகளை உடல் ரீதியாக சமர்ப்பிப்பதற்கு துணைபுரியும்.
• பட்டியல் சாதியினருக்கான தேசிய ஆணையம் (NCSC) இந்திய அரசியலமைப்பின் 338 வது பிரிவின் கீழ் அமைக்கப்பட்டது, இது தற்போதைக்கு நடைமுறையில் உள்ள அல்லது கீழ் உள்ள எந்தவொரு சட்டத்தின் கீழும் பட்டியல் சாதியினருக்காக வழங்கப்படும் பாதுகாப்புகள் தொடர்பான அனைத்து சிக்கல்களையும் ஆய்வு செய்து கண்காணிக்கும் நோக்கத்துடன் அமைக்கப்பட்டது. 
• இந்திய அரசின் எந்த உத்தரவும். பட்டியல் சாதியினருக்கான உரிமைகள் மற்றும் பாதுகாப்புகள் பறிக்கப்படுவது தொடர்பான குறிப்பிட்ட புகார்களையும் ஆணையம் விசாரிக்கிறது. 
• NCSC அரசியலமைப்பு மற்றும் அரசாங்கத்தின் கொள்கைகளில் கட்டாயப்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளபடி SC சமூகத்தின் நலனுக்காக சேவை செய்வதற்கான தனது உறுதிப்பாட்டை புதுப்பிக்கிறது.

• ONLINE GRIEVANCE MANAGEMENT PORTAL FOR SC: National Commission for Scheduled Castes (NCSC) launched the Online Grievance Management Portal to enable Scheduled Castes population of the country to file their application and other atrocity and services related grievances online and to get them addressed in a time bound manner. The portal can be accessed at https://ncsc.negd.in/
• NCSC aims to streamline the grievance redressal specially of the Scheduled Caste population through this portal. The portal will facilitate an end-to-end e-filing of complaints and grievances and their tracking. 
• Finally, it is intended to make the hearing process work on similar lines as e-courts. This portal is linked to the Commission’s website and one can file one’s complaint upon registering on it. The facility to upload documents and audio/video files is also available. This would supplement the physical submission of complaints and grievances.
• The National Commission for Scheduled Castes (NCSC) was set up under the Article 338 of the Constitution of India with the objective to investigate and monitor all issues pertaining to the safeguards provided for the Scheduled Castes under any law for the time being in force or under any order of the Government of India. 
• The Commission also enquires into specific complaints with respect to the deprivation of rights and safeguards provided for the Scheduled Castes. The NCSC renews its commitment to serve the cause of the SC community as mandated in the Constitution and policies of the government.
