கதிசக்தி திட்டம் / GATISHAKTI SCHEME: உள்கட்டமைப்பு வசதிகளை அதிகரிக்கவும் திட்டங்களைச் சிறப்பாகவும் விரைவாகவும் செய்து முடிக்கவும் உதவும் வகையில் மத்திய அரசு சார்பில் கொண்டுவரப்பட்ட திட்டம்தான் கதிசக்தி.
இத்திட்டத்தை கடந்த 2021ஆம் ஆண்டு அக்டோபர் மாதம் பிரதமர் நரேந்திர மோடி தொடங்கி வைத்தார். அப்போது பேசிய பிரதமர், இத்திட்டம் அடுத்த 25 ஆண்டுகால வளர்ச்சிக்கு அடித்தளமாக அமையும் என்று குறிப்பிட்டார்.
மத்திய மாநில அரசுகளின் துறைகள் மேற்கொள்ளும் உள்கட்டமைப்பு திட்டங்கள் இந்த கதிசக்தி திட்டத்தின் கீழ் ஒருங்கிணைக்கப்படுகின்றன. இதன் மூலம் குறித்த காலக்கெடுவுக்குள் திட்டங்கள் முடிக்கப்படவும் இத்திட்டம் வழிவகை செய்யும்.
மாநில அரசுகள் மேற்கொள்ளும் உள்கட்டமைப்பு வசதி திட்டங்களுக்கு கதிசக்தி இணையதளம் மூலம் விரைவாக ஒப்புதல் பெறமுடியும். இதனால் ரயில்வே, சாலை, கப்பல், மற்றும் விமானப் போக்குவரத்து வசதிகள் மேலும் விரிவுபடுத்த முடியும்.
கதிசக்தி திட்டம் மூலம் 2024ஆம் ஆண்டுக்குள் 2 லட்சம் கி.மீ. தொலைவுக்கு தேசிய நெடுஞ்சாலைகளை விரிவு செய்ய மத்திய அரசு திட்டமிட்டுள்ளது.
ரயில்களின் சரக்கு கையாளும் அளவு 1,600 மில்லியன் டன்னாக உயர்த்துதல், 35,000 கிமீ எரிவாயு குழாய் நெட்வொர்க் அமைத்தல், 220 விமான நிலையங்கள் அமைத்தல் போன்ற இலக்குகள் நிர்ணயிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.
பாதுகாப்புத்துறை வாயிலாக உற்பத்தி 1.7 லட்சம் கோடி ரூபாய் வருவாய் ஈட்டுவது, 2025ஆம் ஆண்டுக்குள் 38 மின்னணு உற்பத்தி முனையங்கள், 109 மருந்து உற்பத்தி முனையங்கள் உருவாக்குவது ஆகிவயவையும் கதி சக்தி திட்டத்தின் இலக்குகளாக உள்ளன.

GATISHAKTI SCHEME: Gadishakti is a scheme brought by the central government to help increase infrastructure facilities and complete projects better and faster.
The scheme was launched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in October 2021. Speaking at that time, the Prime Minister mentioned that this project will lay the foundation for the next 25 years of development.
The infrastructure projects undertaken by the central and state government departments are coordinated under this Gadishakti scheme. This scheme will also facilitate the completion of projects within the stipulated time frame.
Infrastructural facility projects undertaken by state governments can be quickly approved through the Gadishakti website. Thus railway, road, shipping and air transport facilities can be further expanded.
2 lakh km by 2024 through Gadishakti project. The central government is planning to widen national highways. Targets such as increasing the cargo handling capacity of trains to 1,600 million tonnes, construction of 35,000 km gas pipeline network, construction of 220 airports have been set.
The goals of the Gadishakti project are to generate revenue of 1.7 lakh crore rupees through defense sector, to create 38 electronics manufacturing terminals and 109 pharmaceutical manufacturing terminals by 2025.
