• ஊட்டச்சத்து உறுதி செய் திட்டம் | ENSURE NUTRITION PROGRAM | OTTACHATHU ORUTHU SEI THITTAM: தமிழக முழுவதும் குழந்தைகளின் ஊட்டச்சத்து நிலையை கண்டறிய அரசு திட்டமிட்டது. 
• அதன்படி கடந்த 2022 ஆம் ஆண்டு மார்ச் மற்றும் ஏப்ரல் மாதங்களில் மாநிலம் முழுவதும் உள்ள அங்கன்வாடி மையங்களில் உள்ள குழந்தைகளின் ஊட்டச்சத்து குறித்து ஆய்வு நடத்தப்பட்டது.
• இந்த ஆய்வானது தமிழக முழுவதும் 38 லட்சம் குழந்தைகளிடம் நடத்தப்பட்ட நிலையில் 9.3 லட்சம் குழந்தைகளுக்கு ஊட்டச்சத்து குறைபாடு இருப்பது கண்டறியப்பட்டது.
• இதனைத் தொடர்ந்து கடந்த ஆண்டு மே மாதம் நடைபெற்ற சட்டப்பேரவை கூட்டத் தொடரில் ஊட்டச்சத்து உறுதி செய் என்ற திட்டத்தை முதல்வர் மு.க ஸ்டாலின் அறிவித்த நிலையில் கடந்த மே 21ஆம் தேதி நீலகிரியில் இத்திட்டத்தை தொடங்கி வைத்தார்.
• இந்த திட்டத்தின் தொடர்ச்சியாக அங்கன்வாடி மையங்கள் மூலம் 6 வயதிற்கு உட்பட்ட குழந்தைகள் கருவுற்ற பெண்கள் மற்றும் பாலூட்டும் தாய்மார்களுக்கு வழங்கப்படும் சத்துமாவு பாக்கெட்டைகளில் சில மாற்றங்கள் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.
• இந்திய தர நிர்ணய கழகத்தின் முத்திரையுடன் கூடுதல் சுவை, புரதச்சத்து விகிதத்தை அதிகரித்து நீலம், வெள்ளை, இளஞ்சிவப்பு ஆகிய மூன்று நிறங்களில் மாவு பாக்கெட்டைகள் வகை பிரித்து வழங்க திட்டமிடப்பட்டுள்ளது.
• பிறந்து 6 மாதம் முதல் 2 வயது வரை உள்ள குழந்தைகளுக்கு வெள்ளை நிற பாக்கெட்டும், 2 வயது முதல் 6 வயது வரை உள்ள குழந்தைகளுக்கு இளஞ்சிவப்பு நிற பாக்கெட்டும், கருவுற்ற மற்றும் பாலூட்டும் தாய்மார்களுக்கு நீல நிற பாக்கெட்டும் வழங்க முடிவு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது.
• வரும் மார்ச் 1ம் தேதி முதல் தமிழக முழுவதும் உள்ள அங்கன்வாடி மையங்களில் மூலம் பயனாளர்களுக்கு சத்துமாவு பாக்கெட் வழங்கப்பட உள்ளது. இந்தத் திட்டத்தினை தமிழக முதல்வர் மு.க ஸ்டாலின் தொடங்கி வைக்க உள்ளார்.

• The government planned to find out the nutritional status of children across Tamil Nadu. Accordingly, a study was conducted on the nutrition of children in Anganwadi centers across the state in the months of March and April 2022.
• The study was conducted on 38 lakh children across Tamil Nadu and 9.3 lakh children were found to be malnourished.
• Following this, the Chief Minister M.K. Stalin announced the program "Ensure Nutrition" in the session of the Legislative Assembly held in May last year and launched this program on 21st May in the Nilgiris.
• As a follow-up to this programme, some changes have been made in the sattuma packets provided to pregnant women and lactating mothers with children below 6 years of age through Anganwadi centres.
• It is planned to distribute flour packets in three colors - blue, white and pink - with added taste and increased protein content with the Indian Standards Institute seal.
• It has been decided to provide a white packet to children between 6 months to 2 years of age, a pink packet to children between 2 years to 6 years, and a blue packet to pregnant and lactating mothers.
• From March 1, users will be provided with Satuma packets through Anganwadi Centers across Tamil Nadu. Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin is going to inaugurate this project.
