Scheduled Tribes Entrepreneurship Fund Scheme - Launched by Chief Minister M.K.Stalin
- Chief Minister M. K. Stalin launched the Tamil Nadu Scheduled Castes and Tribals Innovation Fund Scheme on behalf of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Department.
- Chief Minister M. K. Stalin launched the start-up fund for emerging sectors on behalf of the Tamil Nadu Finance Department and issued investment permission letters to 5 companies in the first phase.
- Through this, funds will be provided in the form of equity investment or unsecured loans to innovative enterprises started and run by entrepreneurs belonging to Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes. An initial fund of Rs.30 crore has been allocated for this fund.
- Prime Minister Narendra Modi holds discussions with students preparing for Class 10th Plus 2 General Examinations across the country on the theme 'Paritsa Pe Sarcha' (Exam Clarity) every year to de-stress and give them useful advice.
- Accordingly, the 6th edition of 'Paritsa Be Charcha' was held at Talkatora Sports Arena, Delhi. Prime Minister Narendra Modi participated in this and answered various questions of the students. A large number of students participated through video from all over the country.
- The Australian Open tennis series is being held at Melbourne Park in Australia. Indian players Sania Mirza and Rohan Bopanna participated in the mixed doubles event.
- In the final, Sania-Bopanna lost 6-7 (2), 2-6 against Brazil's Luisa Stefani and Rafael Matos. Sania Mirza, who was playing her final Grand Slam, went out with a loss.
