• கள ஆய்வில் முதல்வர் திட்டம் / KALA AAYVIL MUTHALVAR / CHIEF MINISTER IN FIELD STUDY: கள ஆய்வில் முதல்வர் என்ற புதிய திட்டத்தை அறிமுகப்படுத்திய முதல்வர், இத்திட்டத்தின்படி, முக்கிய அமைச்சர்கள், அரசுத் துறை செயலர்கள், துறைத் தலைவர்களுடன் ஆய்வுப் பயணம் மேற்கொள்ள உள்ளார்.
• இதில், முதல்கட்டமாக பிப். 1, 2-ம் தேதிகளில் வேலூர், ராணிப்பேட்டை, திருப்பத்தூர், திருவண்ணாமலை மாவட்டங்களுக்கு சென்று, நிர்வாகப் பணிகள், வளர்ச்சி மற்றும் நலத்திட்டப் பணிகளை பார்வையிடுவதுடன், செயல்படுத்தப்பட்டு வரும் அரசுத் திட்டங்கள் குறித்து விரிவாக ஆய்வு மேற்கொள்ள உள்ளார்.
• அப்போது, குடிநீர், சுகாதாரம் உள்ளிட்ட அடிப்படை வசதிகள், வருவாய் துறை மூலம் வழங்கப்படும் சேவைகள், ஊரக மேம்பாடு, நகர்ப்புற வளர்ச்சி, சாலை மேம்பாடு, வாழ்வாதாரத்தை உயர்த்தல், இளைஞர் திறன் மேம்பாடு, பொதுக் கட்டமைப்பு வசதிகள், கல்வி, மருத்துவம், குழந்தைகள் நலன், ஊட்டச்சத்து போன்ற முக்கிய துறை சார்ந்த திட்டங்களின் செயல்பாடுகள் குறித்து முதல்வர் ஆய்வு மேற்கொள்ள உள்ளார்.
• ஆய்வின் முதல் நாளான பிப்.1-ம் தேதி அப்பகுதிகளில் விவசாயசங்கப் பிரதிநிதிகள், சுயஉதவிக் குழுக்கள், தொழில் அமைப்புகளின் கருத்துகளையும், கோரிக்கைகளையும் முதல்வர் கேட்டறிகிறார்.
• அன்று மாலை, 4 மாவட்ட காவல் கண்காணிப்பாளர்கள், சரக துணை தலைவர், காவல்துறைத் தலைவர் (வடக்கு) ஆகியோருடன், சட்டம் - ஒழுங்கு நிலை குறித்து முதல்வர் ஆய்வு மேற்கொள்வார்.
• மேலும், அமைச்சர்கள், திட்டங்களை செயல்படுத்தும் முக்கிய துறைகளின் செயலர்கள், துறைத் தலைவர்கள் ஆகியோருடன்4 மாவட்டங்களில் கள ஆய்வும் மேற்கொள்ள உள்ளார்.
• கள ஆய்வில் கிடைக்கும் தகவல்களின் அடிப்படையில், திட்டச் செயல்பாடுகள் குறித்து பிப். 2-ம் தேதி நடைபெறும் ஆய்வுக் கூட்டத்தில் ஆலோசனை நடத்தப்பட உள்ளது. 
• இதில், தலைமைச் செயலர், துறைகளின் செயலர்கள், துறைத் தலைவர்கள் மற்றும் மாவட்ட ஆட்சியர் உள்ளிட்ட அதிகாரிகள் பங்கேற்க உள்ளனர்.

• The Chief Minister has introduced a new scheme called Chief Minister in Field Study, and according to this scheme, he is going to conduct a study tour with key ministers, secretaries of government departments and heads of departments.
• In this, the first phase is Feb. He is going to visit Vellore, Ranipet, Tirupattur, Tiruvannamalai districts on 1st and 2nd and will visit the administrative works, development and welfare projects and make a detailed study about the government schemes being implemented.
• At that time, basic facilities including drinking water, sanitation, services provided by the revenue department, rural development, urban development, road development, livelihood enhancement, youth skill development, public infrastructure facilities, education, medicine, child welfare, nutrition etc. The Chief Minister is going to conduct an inspection.
• On February 1, the first day of the study, the Chief Minister will listen to the views and demands of representatives of farmers' associations, self-help groups and industry organizations in the areas. 
• That evening, the Chief Minister will review the law and order situation along with 4 District Superintendents of Police, Deputy Superintendent of Police and Superintendent of Police (North).
• Also, he is going to conduct a field survey in 4 districts along with the ministers, secretaries of the main departments implementing the programs and heads of the departments.
• On the basis of the information available from the field survey, the project activities were carried out on Feb. Consultation will be held in the study meeting on 2nd. Officials including Chief Secretary, Secretaries of Departments, Heads of Departments and District Collector will participate in this
