- 2022, ஆயுஷ் அமைச்சகத்திற்கு தேசிய அளவில் மட்டுமல்லாமல் சர்வதேச அளவிலும் குறிப்பிடத்தக்க ஆண்டாக அமைந்தது. இந்திய பாரம்பரிய மருத்துவம், உலக நாடுகளின் கவனத்தை ஈர்த்தது.
- குஜராத் மாநிலம், ஜாம்நகரில் வளரும் நாடுகளில் முதன்முறையாக இத்தகைய மையம் உருவாக்கப்பட்டு வருகிறது.
- கடந்த 2020-ஆம் ஆண்டு உலக சுகாதார அமைப்பின் தலைமை இயக்குநர் இதற்கான அறிவிப்பை வெளியிட்டதைத் தொடர்ந்து, கடந்த ஏப்ரல் மாதம் மொரீஷியஸ் பிரதமர் மற்றும் உலக சுகாதார அமைப்பின் தலைமை இயக்குநர் முன்னிலையில் பிரதமர் திரு நரேந்திர மோடி இந்த மையத்திற்கு அடிக்கல் நாட்டினார்.
- வேகமாக விற்பனையாகும் நுகர்வோர் பொருட்கள், மருந்து பொருட்கள், தொழில்நுட்பம் மற்றும் சிகிச்சை, வேளாண்மை மற்றும் விவசாயம் ஆகிய முக்கிய பிரிவுகளில் ரூ. 9000 கோடி மதிப்பிலான உத்தரவு கடிதங்கள் குஜராத் மாநிலம் காந்திநகரில் நடைபெற்ற இந்தியாவின் முதலாவது சர்வதேச ஆயுஷ் முதலீடு மற்றும் புதிய கண்டுபிடிப்புகள் உச்சிமாநாட்டின் போது பெறப்பட்டன.
- இதுவரை இல்லாத வகையில் பிரம்மாண்டமாக நடைபெற்ற இந்த நிகழ்வில் தேசிய மற்றும் சர்வதேச நிறுவனங்களோடு ஒப்பந்தங்கள் கையெழுத்தானதோடு, ஆயுஷ் துறை, சர்வதேச நிலையை அடைய முக்கியக் காரணியாகவும் இந்த மாநாடு அமைந்தது.
- ஆயுஷ் சிகிச்சைக்காக இந்தியா வரும் வெளிநாட்டினருக்கு சிறப்பு ஆயுஷ் விசா, ஆயுஷ் பொருட்களுக்கு சிறப்பு ஆயுஷ் முத்திரை, ஆயுஷ் பொருட்களின் உற்பத்தி மற்றும் ஆராய்ச்சியை ஊக்குவிப்பதற்காக ஆயுஷ் பூங்காக்கள், ஆயுர்வேத ஊட்டச்சத்து பொருட்களுக்கு ஆயுஷ் ஆகார் என்ற புதிய பிரிவு முதலிய முக்கிய அறிவிப்புகளை உச்சிமாநாட்டின் போது பிரதமர் வெளியிட்டார்.
- ஆயுர்வேதம், ஓமியோபதி மற்றும் யுனானி மருத்துவ முறையில் மூன்று முக்கிய தேசிய ஆயுஷ் நிறுவனங்களை பிரதமர் திரு நரேந்திர மோடி திறந்து வைத்தார்.
- கோவாவில் அகில இந்திய ஆயுர்வேத நிறுவனம், காசியாபாத்தில் தேசிய யுனானி மருத்துவ நிறுவனம் மற்றும் தில்லியில் தேசிய ஓமியோபதி நிறுவனம் ஆகியவை நிறுவப்பட்டன.
- இந்த நிறுவனங்களால், 400 மாணவர்கள் பயன்பெறுவதோடு, கூடுதலாக 550 படுக்கை வசதிகளும் ஏற்படுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளன.
- இந்திய மருத்துவம் மற்றும் ஓமியோபதிக்கான ஃபார்மகோபயா ஆணையமும், இந்திய மருந்தியல் ஆணையமும் ‘ஒரு மருத்துவம், ஒரு தரநிலை' என்பதை அடைவதற்கான புரிந்துணர்வு ஒப்பந்தத்தில் கையெழுத்திட்டன.
- இந்தியாவில் எளிதான வர்த்தகம் மேற்கொள்வதை மேம்படுத்தவும், இந்திய மூலிகைகளின் ஒட்டுமொத்த வர்த்தகத்தை அதிகரிக்கவும் இந்த ஒப்பந்தம் வழிவகை செய்யும்.
- ஆயுஷ் துறையில் ஆதாரங்களின் அடிப்படையில் உயிரி தொழில்நுட்பக் குறியீடுகளை நோக்கிய முயற்சியில் வல்லுநர்களை ஒற்றை தளத்தின் கீழ் ஒருங்கிணைக்கும் நடவடிக்கையாக ஆயுஷ் அமைச்சகத்திற்கும் உயிரி தொழில்நுட்பத் துறைக்கும் இடையே ஓர் புரிந்துணர்வு ஒப்பந்தம் கையெழுத்தானது.
- ஆயுஷ் தொகுப்பு திட்டத்தின் கீழ் துறையை டிஜிட்டல் மயமாக்குவதற்குத் தேவையான தொழில்நுட்ப ஆதரவை வழங்கும் புரிந்துணர்வு ஒப்பந்தத்தில் மத்திய மின்னணு மற்றும் தகவல் தொழில்நுட்ப அமைச்சகத்துடன், ஆயுஷ் அமைச்சகம் கையெழுத்திட்டது.
- ‘மனித சமூகத்திற்கு யோகா’ என்ற கருப்பொருளில் சர்வதேச யோகா தினம் இந்த ஆண்டு உலகம் முழுவதும் விமர்சையாக அனுசரிக்கப்பட்டது.
- மைசூரில் நடைபெற்ற முக்கிய விழாவில் பிரதமர் உட்பட பலர் யோகா பயிற்சிகளை மேற்கொண்டனர். அதேபோல 7-வது ஆயுர்வேத தினம், இந்தியா மட்டுமல்லாமல் சர்வதேச அளவிலும் பிரம்மாண்டமாகக் கொண்டாடப்பட்டது.
- அடித்தட்டு சமூகத்தினரிடமும், பெருவாரியான மக்களிடமும் ஆயுர்வேதத்தின் பயன்களை ஊக்குவிப்பதற்காக ‘இல்லம் தோறும் தினமும் ஆயுர்வேதம்' என்ற கருப்பொருளில் இந்த தினம் கொண்டாடப்பட்டது.

- Such a center is being established for the first time in the developing world at Jamnagar, Gujarat. Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi laid the foundation stone of the center in the presence of the Prime Minister of Mauritius and the Director General of the World Health Organization last April, following the announcement made by the Director General of the World Health Organization in 2020.
- Fast-selling consumer products, pharmaceuticals, technology and therapeutics, agriculture and farming are key segments with Rs. 9000 crore worth of letters of intent received during India's first International AYUSH Investment and Innovation Summit held in Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
- In this event which was held on a grand scale like never before, agreements were signed with national and international organizations and this conference became an important factor for the AYUSH sector to achieve international status.
- During the summit, the prime minister made important announcements like special AYUSH visa for foreigners coming to India for AYUSH treatment, special AYUSH stamp for AYUSH products, AYUSH parks to encourage production and research of AYUSH products, new category of AYUSH Agar for Ayurvedic nutritional products.
- Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi inaugurated three major National Ayush Institutes in Ayurveda, Homeopathy and Unani system of medicine.
- All India Institute of Ayurveda in Goa, National Institute of Unani Medicine in Ghaziabad and National Institute of Homeopathy in Delhi were established.
- 400 students will be benefited by these institutes and additional 550 bed facilities will be provided.
- The Pharmacopoeia Commission for Indian Medicine and Homeopathy and the Pharmaceutical Commission of India have signed an MoU to achieve 'One Medicine, One Standard'. The agreement will facilitate ease of doing business in India and increase the overall trade in Indian herbs.
- A Memorandum of Understanding was signed between the Ministry of AYUSH and the Department of Biotechnology as a move to bring together experts under a single platform to move towards evidence-based biotechnology codes in the AYUSH sector.
- The Ministry of AYUSH has signed an MoU with the Union Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology to provide necessary technical support for digitization of the sector under the AYUSH Package programme.
- With the theme 'Yoga for Human Society', International Yoga Day was celebrated across the world this year. Many people, including the Prime Minister, practiced yoga at a major function held in Mysore.
- Likewise, the 7th Ayurveda Day was celebrated in a grand manner not only in India but also internationally. The day was celebrated under the theme 'Ayurveda every day at every home' to promote the benefits of Ayurveda to the grassroots and masses.
