நோக்கங்கள்
- பட்டியலிடப்பட்ட பழங்குடியினருக்கு சுயவேலைவாய்ப்பை உருவாக்குவதற்கும் அவர்களின் வருமான அளவை உயர்த்துவதற்கும் முக்கியத்துவம் வாய்ந்த பொருளாதார நடவடிக்கைகளை அடையாளம் காணுதல்.
- நிறுவன மற்றும் வேலைப் பயிற்சிகளை வழங்குவதன் மூலம், பட்டியல் பழங்குடியினர் பயன்படுத்தும் திறன்கள் மற்றும் செயல்முறைகளை மேம்படுத்துதல்.
- தற்போதுள்ள மாநிலங்கள்/U.T பட்டியலிடப்பட்ட பழங்குடியினர் நிதி மற்றும் மேம்பாட்டுக் கழகங்கள் (SCAs) மற்றும் பிற வளர்ச்சி முகமைகள் பட்டியல் பழங்குடியினரின் பொருளாதார மேம்பாட்டில் ஈடுபட்டுள்ளதை மிகவும் பயனுள்ளதாக்க.
- NSTFDC உதவித் திட்டங்களின் திட்ட உருவாக்கம் மற்றும் அவர்களின் பணியாளர்களுக்கு பயிற்சி அளிப்பதில் SCA களுக்கு உதவுதல்.
- சிறு காடுகளின் கொள்முதல் மற்றும் சந்தைப்படுத்தல் மேற்கொள்வதற்காக மத்திய / மாநில அரசுக்கு சொந்தமான நிறுவனங்களின் செயல்பாட்டு மூலதனத் தேவைகளைப் பூர்த்தி செய்வதற்கான நிதி உதவியை வழங்குதல் மற்றும் பட்டியல் பழங்குடியினரால் வளர்க்கப்படும்/தயாரிக்கப்பட்ட அல்லது சேகரிக்கப்பட்ட விவசாய விளைபொருட்கள் மற்றும் பிற பொருட்கள்.
- தற்போதுள்ள நிறுவனங்களின் வேலையைப் பிரதியெடுப்பதற்குப் பதிலாக, பரிசோதனையை புதுமைப்படுத்துதல் மற்றும் மேம்படுத்துதல்.
- பழங்குடியினப் பயனாளிகளுக்கு அவர்களின் சாத்தியமான வருமானம் ஈட்டும் முயற்சிகளை நிறுவுவதற்கு காலக்கடன்கள் கிடைக்கின்றன. தொழில்துறை, விவசாயம் மற்றும் சேவைத் துறை.
- மாநில சேனலைசிங் ஏஜென்சிகள் மூலம் யூனிட்டின் தேவையின் அடிப்படையில் கடன்கள் வழங்கப்படுகின்றன.
- பயனாளிகள் SCAகளின் தகுதி வரம்புகளை முழுமையாக நிரப்ப வேண்டும் மற்றும் SCA மூலம் கடன் வழங்குவதற்கான விதிமுறைகள் மற்றும் நிபந்தனைகளுக்கு இணங்க வேண்டும்.
Objectives
- To identify economic activities of importance to the Scheduled Tribes so as to generate self-employment and raise their level of income.
- To Upgrade skills and processes used by the Scheduled Tribes by providing both institutional and on the job training.
- To make the existing States/U.T Scheduled Tribes Finance and Development Corporations (SCAs) and other developmental agencies engaged in the economic development of Scheduled Tribes more effective.
- To assist SCAs in project formulation implementation of NSTFDC assisted Schemes and imparting training to their personnel.
- To provide financial support for meeting the working capital requirement of the Central / State government owned agencies for undertaking procurement and marketing of minor forest produces agricultural produces and other products grown/made or collected by the Scheduled Tribes.
- To innovate experiment and promote rather than replicate the work of the existing institutions.
- Term loans are available to tribal beneficiaries for setting up their viable Income Generating Ventures in any of the sectors viz. Industrial, Agricultural and Service Sector.
- The loans are given based on requirement of the unit through State Channelizing Agencies.
- The beneficiaries have to full fill the eligibility criteria of the SCAs and comply with the terms and conditions of the lending by the SCA.
