• ஜன் ஷிக்ஷன் சன்ஸ்தான் (முன்னர் ஷ்ராமிக் வித்யாபீத் என்று அறியப்பட்டது) கல்வியறிவு இல்லாத, புதிய கல்வியறிவு பெற்றவர்கள் மற்றும் பள்ளிப் படிப்பை இடைநிறுத்தம் செய்பவர்களுக்கு அவர்களின் ஸ்தாபனத்தின் பிராந்தியத்தில் சந்தையைக் கொண்ட திறன்களைக் கண்டறிந்து தொழில் திறன்களை வழங்குகிறது.
• ஜன் ஷிக்ஷன் சன்ஸ்தானின் திட்டம் மனிதவள மேம்பாட்டு அமைச்சகத்திலிருந்து திறன் மேம்பாடு மற்றும் தொழில்முனைவு அமைச்சகத்திற்கு ஜூலை-2018 இல் மாற்றப்பட்டது.

இலக்கு குழு

• கிராமப்புற/நகர்ப்புற மக்களின் சமூக-பொருளாதார ரீதியாக பின்தங்கிய மற்றும் கல்வியில் பின்தங்கிய குழுக்கள்.
• 15-35 வயதுக்குட்பட்ட கல்வியறிவு இல்லாதவர்கள், புதிய கல்வியறிவு பெற்றவர்கள், 8ஆம் வகுப்பு வரையிலான தனிநபர் கல்வி, பள்ளிப் படிப்பை இடைநிறுத்துபவர்கள் ஆகியோர் முக்கிய இலக்கு.
• கிராமப்புறங்கள் மற்றும் நகர்ப்புற சேரிகளில் பெண்கள், எஸ்சி, எஸ்டி, ஓபிசி மற்றும் சிறுபான்மையினருக்கு முன்னுரிமை.

அம்சங்கள்

• பாலிவலன்ட் அணுகுமுறை கணக்கில் எடுத்துக்கொள்ளப்படுகிறது; கற்றல் தேவைகள், கற்பவர்கள் மற்றும் பயிற்சியாளர்களின் இடம் மற்றும் நேரம் வசதி.
• பாடநெறி உள்ளடக்கம், காலம், முறைகள், அறிவுறுத்தல் ஏற்பாடுகள் மற்றும் நிதி (CSR ஆதரவு / கட்டண அடிப்படையிலான பயிற்சிகள்)

• உற்பத்தி, சேவை மற்றும் தகவல் தொழில்நுட்பம் சார்ந்த NSQF இணக்கம் கொண்ட படிப்புகள்.
• திறன் பயிற்சி திட்டத்தின் வாழ்க்கை வளப்படுத்தல் கல்வி ஒரு பகுதி. டிஜிட்டல் கல்வியறிவு மற்றும் வாழ்க்கைத் திறன்களும் பாடத்திட்டத்தில் இணைக்கப்பட்டுள்ளன.
• கற்பித்தல் முறை கோட்பாடு, நடைமுறை ஆகியவற்றை உள்ளடக்கியது. வாழ்வாதார அனுபவம் / பயிற்சி, முறையான சான்றுகள் அடிப்படையிலான உள் மதிப்பீட்டு முறை, ஆன்லைன் சான்றிதழ், பொதுவான பிராண்டிங்.
• தேசிய திறன் பயிற்சி நிறுவனங்கள் மூலம் பயிற்சியாளர்களுக்கு பயிற்சி
• மதிப்பீட்டில் கன்கர்ரன்ட் மற்றும் டெர்மினல் ஆகியவை அடங்கும்.

ENGLISH

• Jan Shikshan Sansthan (formerly known as Shramik Vidyapeeth) provide vocational skills to non-literate, neo-literates as well as school drop-outs by identifying skills that have a market in the region of their establishment.
• The Scheme of Jan Shikshan Sansthan has been transferred from Ministry of Human Resource Development to Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship in July-2018.

Target Group

• Socio-economically backward and educationally disadvantaged groups of rural/urban population.
• Main target include non-literate, neo-literates, person education upto 8th standard, school drop-outs, in the age group of 15-35 years.
• Priority given to women, SC, ST, OBC and Minorities in rural areas and urban slums.

Features

• Polyvalent approach takes into account; learning needs, convenience of place and time of learners and trainers.
• Course content, duration, methods, instructional arrangements and financial (CSR supported / Fee based trainings)
• Livelihood cell to be encouraged the beneficiaries for self and wage employment and linkages with national / state portal for promotion of employment and job melas etc.
• Courses having NSQF Compliant which has production, service and IT oriented.
• Life Enrichment Education part of Skill training programme. Digital Literacy and life skills are also incorporated across the course curriculum.
• Methodology of teaching includes theory, practical. Livelihood experience / apprenticeship, systematic evidence based internal assessment system, online certification, common branding.
• Training of trainers through National Skill Training Institutes
• Evaluation includes concurrent and terminal.
