Country's largest hospital built by Mata Amrithanandamayi Mutt opens in Haryana
- A modern hospital and medical college with 2,600 beds on 130 acres of land is being constructed at a cost of Rs 6,000 crore in Faridabad, Haryana, on the Delhi-Madura road. The hospital is operational with 500 beds in the first phase.
- There is also a helicopter pad on the top floor of the hospital building. This hospital will become the largest hospital in India in the next 5 years. It was inaugurated by Prime Minister Modi in the presence of Mata Amrithananda Mai.
- The world's first hydrogen fueled trains started service in Jomani on Wednesday. With 14 hydrogen trains provided to the province of Lower Saxony, 100 km connecting 4 nodes. This service is provided by rail.
- The diesel trains used so far will be replaced by hydrogen trains that emit absolutely no greenhouse gases. Officials said that this train project, which has been started at a cost of 9.3 crore Euros (about Rs. 737 crores), will prevent 4,400 tonnes of carbon dioxide from entering the air every year.
